Full Egypt tour - Catherine was amazing for our Egypt tour including Cairo, Giza, GEM, Aswan, Abu Simbal and Luxor in December 2025.
She explained the history, archeology and significance of each place in detail. We thoroughly enjoyed as she had organised everything including flights, hotel, Nile cruise etc.

Very professional guide. - Catherine has been a superb and very knowledgeable guide. She has created a bespoke programme for us and was always open to spontaneous changes and special requests. Her knowledge of Egyptian history is very profound, yet she never overwhelms you with insignificant details. She knows her way around, and she even managed to get a refund for an entrance ticket we had bought but ended up not using. She also arranged a driver, Mustafa, who was very skilled, always on time, and never took any unnecessary risks.
We wholeheartedly recommend booking a trip with her.

A truly excellent educational and spiritual experience. - Ms. Catherine is extremely educated in ancient knowledge and the extent of how much of that knowledge has been lost. She was the perfect guide to show me pyramids and the old museum as I really wanted to see the Victory Stele of Merneptah. She gave me invaluable insights into the nature of the divine and man’s mortal attempts to understand the unfathomable. Ms. Catherine is truly a wise teacher and strong guide for anyone seeking to learn the mysteries of the ancients.

Amazing Two Days in Cairo - I spent two days in Cairo with Catherine as my guide, and it was a truly memorable experience. On the first day, we explored Coptic Cairo and the local market. We also stopped for a refreshing lemonade at the famous El-Fishawy café. Catherine provided excellent insights into both local life and the rich history of the area, which made everything come alive.
On the second day, we visited the Giza Pyramids and the Egyptian Museum. Catherine encouraged me to go inside of the pyramid - something I wasn’t sure about at first, but I’m so glad I did it! She’s a very knowledgeable and well-educated guide, and it was a real pleasure discovering Cairo with her.

Great two days with our tour guide Katy and driver Moustefa saw everything we needed and wanted plus shopping,l - This amazing guide Katy made the whole trip worth wile !!! Punctual , kind , willing to please, intelligent, knowledgeable person, warm and friendly, honest and caring, what a privilege to have her as our guide
But she is also beautiful in and out
She and an exceptional driver Mustafa were exceptional

Wonderful experience - I’ve spent an amazing time with Catherine during my trip in Egypt. She has a deep knowledge of Giza pyramids and Egyptian culture in general. She is always ready to answer every question and to give to the visitor the best advice. I highly recommend Ankhtours and Catherine as tour guide.

Catherine was GREAT! - Last minute plans and I found out about Catherine from a young man who had toured with her the day before. I called her that night. She responded and picked me up first thing in the morning. I couldn't have been more happy with her patience and guidance and personal commentaries. I am very hard of hearing and I could understand her very well. Her driver was extremely proficient. I had an extremely difficult time getting my money to pay her and she was kind and patient. All in all she is an extremely nice young lady and I would recommend her to anybody. The only reason I can't upload good pictures of the pyramids and the Sphinx is because I have them on my camera and not on my phone. But we saw everything!!

Amazing Egypt - Catherine is an amazing host. She took care of everything. She organised a two week tour across entire Egypt starting from Cairo to Aswan to Luxor to Alexandria. The trips were just planned to perfection. She was accommodative of last minute requests and the guides helped us a lot. We went through the Nile cruise. She gave us a great value for money. Also she ensured that we didn’t need to bargain with anyone.

Unforgettable experience - We took several visits to Cairo with Catherine and loved every visit! Cathrine explains very well with lots of details and pays attention to travelers with lots of little touches (purchasing food, taking photos, etc.). Throughout the trip, Catherine worried about whether everything was going well. I highly recommend !
