The entire trip was very enjoyable and we were able to see the beauty that Giza had to offer. He made sure that the sites that we saw were accessible by wheelchair and helped us make sure that everything went smoothly. He made sure that the itinerary was what we wanted to see. Family Trip to Egypt - Amazing Trip Because of an Amazing Guide!!! - My wife/I met King Farouk during a trip to Cairo in 2019. In planning that trip, we had booked a handful of private tours and met him on one of the early excursions. And once we spent time with Farouk, we cancelled all our bookings with other guides/companies (previously booked in Viator) and did the rest of our excursions with Farouk. Farouk is fun, articulate, knowledgeable about his craft, and an expert on Egypt. He strives to ensure that every person in the group gets exactly what they want out of each day with him. He is a great blend of knowledge (as a historian) and fun (as a tour guide), avoiding a focus on only one or the other. The result – an enjoyable, educational experience. Fast forward, and last year my wife/I decided to take our kids to Egypt in 2025 based on the extraordinary time we had during our first trip. So, I reached out to Farouk about eleven (11) months in advance and let him know we were coming back and asked him to block the time and plan everything for us in two cities – Luxor and Cairo. I didn’t know if he’d respond or even remember me, but he responded immediately and remembered me!! I shared my thoughts on the “must do” list and we collaborated on/off to plan all the details/specifics over the time leading up to the trip. He handled everything from the time we landed in Egypt to the time we left Egypt. This included everything from airport transports to the hotel and guidance on what to do with downtime to all our excursions and a good mix of “local” experiences (restaurants, juices, etc. – at our request). We also had a day with his wife, and she was equally as dynamic and impressive. They were both able to be flexible from day-to-day and shift and adjust based on “the group” for a variety of items like: 1) ending the day earlier, 2) starting later, 3) adding additional stops (e.g. shopping for something specific), 4) more or less time at a particular location, 5) etc. (bringing five (5) people together and satisfying all of them isn’t simple). I will close with two items: 1) Our kids had the experience of a lifetime and considered this trip to be a significant life event – and they cite Farouk as one of the best parts of the trip. 2) When I go to Egypt next, in a week, or twenty (20) years from now, Farouk is my man. I know I can tell him – show me Cairo, I’d like to do something unique, my wife loves to shop, my kids want an “Egypt hoodie”, or anything else, and he will simply make it happen. Stop looking and start booking – it doesn’t get better than King Farouk.

Amazing Experience With King Farouk - Farouk was the best guide I could ask for. We had great conversation the entire time, and he taught me so much about Egypt and Egyptian culture while taking me to the pyramids, the civilization museum, and the souks. He made me feel so comfortable, and I felt that I could talk with him for hours. Yale bina! “Let’s Go!” - 10 days of nonstop action upon arrival, we hit the ground running! From museums the pyramids and tasting local cuisine. King Farouk kept us all on our toes . The war cry of the trip was, Yale Bina, Let’s Go! Farouk did a excellent job of coordinating our tours and trips through Egypt. From Cairo, Giza, Aswan back to Luxor! Ensuring our safety along the way. What was really endearing was the fact that along the way the people knew his name, and he was highly respected. The amount of knowledge and care that he has for his country is shown through as he gives the history of each sit we toured. In conclusion, if you want an excellent tour guide with attention to detail with a kind heart and warm regard for his people and his patrons, King Farouk tours is the way to tour Egypt!

SIMPLY THE BEST TOUR GUIDE - Our Lady Guide was absolutely the best! Knowledgable, patiently answering all of my excited questions, passionate and on top of that a very sweet and kind person(along with her husband who we met breefly!) Willing to teach everything beyond tour as well😊 She was open to discuss everything related to the tour and history while also explaining the culture to someone who spend childhood dreaming about Ancient Egypt. She also didnt mind explaining culture, language and customs of the people nowadays (we went during Ramadan). She was kind enough that she didnt mind answering a few personal questions as well. I am impressed with her knowledge and the trip was absolutely amazing! She seemed to be happy of how curious and excited I was😊 (while not forgetting to explain what we are talking about to my husband😂). We shared a sweet moment of fangirling over pharaoh Hatshepsut as well❤️ Its clear to see she is deeply connected to the history of her country and takes pride to pass this love to others. The tour was well structured and well thought of, we were taken care of every step of the way! We absolutely loved it in every bit.
