The Most Exceptional Tour Experience I Have Ever Had - From the very beginning, this experience exceeded every expectation I had for my Cairo layover tour. I was initially connected to the company through a friend, and the day before my arrival, I received a message from Sam introducing himself, warmly welcoming me to Egypt, confirming pickup details, and making sure everything was aligned. That early communication immediately made me feel comfortable and well cared for. On the day of my tour, Sam arrived at the airport early and patiently waited while I freshened up after my flight — something I truly appreciated as a solo female traveler wanting to feel prepared and confident for my first time in Egypt. His communication was exceptional. He responded quickly, clearly guided me to where he was waiting, and made the entire transition from airport to tour seamless. We started the day with an authentic Egyptian breakfast at a popular local restaurant. Sam didn’t just bring me there — he explained the dishes, shared cultural insight, and even helped capture beautiful video moments of me enjoying the experience. He continuously checked in to make sure I was comfortable, reassured me that the day was fully mine, and created an atmosphere that felt both professional and genuinely welcoming. When we arrived at the Pyramids and Sphinx, Sam completely elevated the experience. His knowledge, storytelling ability, and passion for Egyptian history made everything come alive. It was far beyond simply visiting landmarks — it felt like stepping into living history. He carefully guided me through the sites, took incredible photos, protected me from aggressive vendors, and ensured I could explore peacefully and safely. He was patient with my photography requests (which I can admit are very particular!), and he went above and beyond to help me capture meaningful memories. We also ventured off the typical tourist paths, which allowed me to see unique angles and perspectives of the pyramids that many visitors never experience. That personalized approach made the day feel incredibly special. Lunch was another highlight — delicious food, wonderful conversation, and many laughs. By this point, the experience felt less like a tour and more like exploring with a trusted friend. Our driver, Kamuna, was also wonderful. Even though he spoke limited English, his kindness spoke volumes. He was attentive, patient, always opened doors, adjusted the car for comfort, and made the transportation portion of the day feel effortless and safe. At one point, I thought I misplaced my passport, and both Sam and Kamuna remained calm, supportive, and patient while helping me search. Thankfully it was found, but their response showed genuine care and professionalism. As a solo traveler and travel curator myself, safety, experience quality, and cultural authenticity are extremely important to me. Sam and the entire team delivered all three flawlessly. From start to finish, I felt protected, respected, educated, and deeply welcomed into Egypt. If you are considering touring Egypt, I cannot recommend this company enough. From Bassam’s coordination to Sam’s incredible guiding and Kamuna’s safe driving, the entire team created a truly unforgettable experience. I absolutely plan to return to Egypt, and when I do, I will specifically request Sam and Kamuna again. Thank you for turning what could have been just a layover into one of the most exceptional tour experience I have ever had.

Highly recommend! - We had an incredible experience on our private tour of the Saqqara Pyramids, Memphis, the Giza Pyramids, the Sphinx, and a camel ride. We even had the chance to go inside one of the pyramids! Our tour guide, Sam, was extremely knowledgeable and respectful. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to visit Cairo’s must-see sights in a short amount of time.

Very nice tour of the... - Very nice tour of the pyramids with our guide Rasha. The only problem was that we booked an Italian speaking guide but it was not actually the truth so keep that in mind.

Wonderful time in Giza - This tour was a great way to see the pyramids. Our tour guide,Sam, was knowledgeable and made sure we were taken care of throughout the trip. A huge plus was his photography tips where the ladies got excellent pictures at the sphinx and by the pyramids. Excellent time and will highly recommend Sam to all my friends.

Never book through Tripadvisor!!! - Organizer doesn't come, Tripadvisor doesn't really help, or just doesn't answer anymore. 1 hour waited for free on holiday - time is more precious! Conclusion: here scammers work hand in hand. 👍
