I recommend without hesitation! - Great experience: two great days in Cairo with Shimaa then an extraordinary day with Eedo as guide in Luxor. Two Egyptologist guides: one who makes television programs about the history of Egypt and the other who has a doctorate. A lot of pedagogy in the tour adapting to the level of each: my wife who read a lot about ancient Egypt learns a lot and I also discover. Very nice tours, we feel sorry for the tourists by bus, with our ultra qualified individual guide who knows everyone on the site and puts us before all groups. No visits to shops to collect commissions, everything is clean and adapted to what we want. We'll be back with the kids. Thank you Love Egypt Tours!

A wonderful privately guided tour around the central sights around Cairo with an excellent tour guide. - As it is a private tour we were picked up by our guide at our hotel and taken to see the sights by the standard Toyota HiACE as seems completely ubiquitous in Egypt. The sights were of course amazing, the pyramids of Giza, the Sphinx, Saqqara necropolis as well as the sights of old Cairo. No matter how you come to see those sights they will be spectacular but I would recommend this tour and our guide in particular, Shimaa Esmail, as she was a fountain of knowledge about both the monuments themselves as well as the culture surrounding them past and present. Shimaa enlightened us about the building techniques, the lives of both nobles and commoners of antiquity but also the more modern history and lives of old Coptic Cairo as well as developments after the arrival of Islam. I consider us to have been truly fortunate to have Shimaa guide us on this portion of our trip to Egypt. She left a lasting impression on us.

Exceptional private guide for Cairo - We booked through Love Egypt Tours Shimaa Esmail was our guide for 5 days in Cairo. She is absolutely exceptional. Not only does she have a complete knowledge of everything Egyptian including in depth knowledge of archaeological sites and artifacts, she tailors her guiding to your individual needs. She was expert at getting us to places and viewpoints without the usual crush of people. She goes above and beyond. Shimaa is a delightful person, full of fun, and obviously loves her job.
