Amazing and highly recommend - We had an excellent experience with this tour company and our guide. He was extremely accommodating, helpful, and very knowledgeable about Egypt’s history and culture. He made sure our short layover was used perfectly, and we were able to see and do everything we had hoped for without feeling rushed. From start to finish, everything was well organized and stress-free. His professionalism and kindness truly made our time in Egypt memorable. I highly recommend this company to anyone, especially those visiting Egypt on a layover.

5* experience - thank you! - We would strongly recommend this experience to any other families interested in experiencing the cultural side of Cairo and Giza. Our guide, Hazem, was extremely knowledgeable and really took the time to shape our day according to our preferences - easily accommodating my slightly less physically able parents with rest stops (and many, many photo opportunities!) whilst also ensuring myself and my sister were able to go inside the pyramids and explore around. He was also able to answer all manner of questions about the history of Egypt and various artefacts in the museum, and shared so much knowledge with us - we came away from the day very happy and feeling like we'd learned a lot, but at a very comfortable pace. Hazem also went above and beyond to make sure we were safe and not inundated by any salespeople by the pyramids, which we really appreciated, and was happy to negotiate on our behalves if we did want to purchase anything.
Thank you so much for the care you took in showing us around Hazem - it was a wonderful experience!

Amazing day, visiting the pyramids in Giza and the Grand Egyptian Museum - Hazem our guide took us to see the pyramids in Giza and the Grand Egyptian Museum. So much to see and hear but Hazem managed to share the highlights with us. Definitely can recommend climbing into the Pyramid (if you are able to as it is quite hot and steep). With four teenagers I was afraid the museum would not be interesting enough but Hazem managed to pick out the most interesting displays and Toutanchamon was absolutely stunning.
Can highly recommend taking a guide and booking through an organised tour. Hazem was great, we had such a good time for three days (this was day two)!

Great day in Giza! - We had an amazing tour with Hazem! He was very knowledgeable about the ancient sites and local culture. Even the Grand Museum, he knew very well, though it has only been open a few weeks. There was so much to see, he helped us navigate everything with ease!
Hazem took his time with us, answering all of our questions along the way. He even took us to a local Egyptian restaurant for an outstanding dinner.
We had such a good experience! Many thanks Hazem!

The most perfect day, one of the best days of my life! - There are honestly no words big enough for what this day meant to me. Nothing I say will ever fully do it justice, but I’ll try.
We started with our driver picking us up from the hotel and meeting our Egyptologist, Hazem, around the corner. He broke the ice instantly - warm, funny, relaxed, and he made such an effort with our 7-year-old autistic son. I’m also autistic, but being a 40-year-old woman I thought I’d “regulate” myself in a new environment with strangers… or so I thought.
We arrived at the Pyramids of Giza and went straight into a kid-friendly activity: camel riding. Roman LOVED it, and it was honestly the perfect start to help him stay settled while Hazem shared his insane amount of knowledge with us. And he explains everything so calmly and beautifully, without rushing you or overwhelming you.
Then we took the little bus right up next to the Pyramids, and that’s the moment I basically shut down. In a good way. I barely spoke. I barely took photos. I just stood there absorbing it. Thank god Hazem kept insisting on taking pictures of us and for us, because I would have completely missed capturing half of it.
We then went inside the Great Pyramid heading up towards the King’s Chamber… but I felt panic rising, so I quietly took myself out so I didn’t alarm Roman. I did it slowly and calmly, and I’m honestly proud of myself for not forcing it.
My partner and my son carried on and actually made it to the top, I was so proud of them when they came back out with their photo!
Next was the Sphinx and the T-temples, unbelievable. Hazem knew every single angle for perfect pictures and made sure we got everything we wanted.
Then we went to 9 Pyramids Lounge for a traditional Egyptian lunch with the most ridiculous views I’ve ever seen. We invited Hazem to eat with us, but he politely took himself off for a coffee. The moment Roman finished eating, Hazem reappeared like magic, took him over to the couches and sat chatting with him like they were two bros.
Roman is VERY reserved with strangers, but he held Hazem’s hand in the crowds and insisted on sitting next to him on every hop-on bus. That tells you everything you need to know.
After lunch, our driver took us to the Grand Egyptian Museum. Roman was overwhelmed by this point and losing interest, normally people aren’t tolerant and assume he’s “naughty,” but Hazem was incredible. Calm. Patient. Totally unfazed. He saved the most exciting thing - King Tut’s golden mask - until last so Roman had something to hold on for.
But when we finally got to the mask, a load of adults shoved past Roman and he lost his chance for a photo. Roman was devastated. Hazem was having NONE of it.
He went straight to find someone with authority, and within 5 minutes the entire queue was paused, and Roman was walked right to the front to take his time and have his own special moment with the mask. I could have cried right there and then.
And then… when it was all over… it hit me.
I burst into tears.
JOY.
Gratitude.
Achievement.
A lifetime dream finally lived.
Hazem was shocked - he thought my quietness meant I wasn’t bothered. I explained that I’d spent all day taking everything in, regulating myself so I didn’t miss a thing… and once it was done, all the emotion just poured out of me.
This was the best day of my life.
Better than anything I ever imagined.
Egyptian people are on another level when it comes to kindness, authenticity and hospitality.
Egypt has stolen my heart - and somehow, it feels like home ❤️✨️🇪🇬

Family day in Cairo - I would highly recommend Zizou as a tour guide, with his extensive knowledge and facts there wasn't a question he was not able to answer and he was also mindful of the pace of our family needs.
The tour was finished in a beautiful Egyptian restaurant with a delicious buffet lunch and interesting conversations on mummification process. Thank you again for dedicating your time for us and for your guidance.

Excellent Tour with Mohamed Gomaa – Passionate and Knowledgeable Guide - We had a fantastic half-day tour with Mohamed Gomaa, visiting the Pyramids of Giza, the Grand Egyptian Museum, and a papyrus paper-making centre. From start to finish, Mohamed was enthusiastic, friendly, and full of fascinating insights about Egypt’s history and culture.
What really stood out was his passion for the subject – he clearly loves sharing his knowledge and made every stop come alive with stories and context. He was also very accommodating and happy to answer all our questions, making the whole experience engaging and enjoyable.
If you’re visiting Cairo and want a guide who’s both professional and personable, I’d highly recommend Mohamed Gomaa. He truly made our day memorable!
