• Great Pyramid of Cheops (Khufu) - Pharaoh Khufu initiated the first pyramid project at Giza around 2550 B.C. His Great Pyramid is the largest in Giza, standing approximately 481 feet (147 meters) tall. It consists of an estimated 2.3 million stone blocks, each weighing between 2.5 to 15 tons.
