• Pyramids of Dahshour - At 8:00 am, your private tour guide and driver will collect you from your hotel in Cairo or Giza and accompany you south to begin your day tour. You will visit the Red Pyramid and the Bent Pyramid at Dahshur. Dahshur is a renowned royal necropolis in Egypt, home to many famous pyramids, including the Red and Bent Pyramids of King Snefru. The site is located approximately 40 km from Cairo.
• Saqqara (Sakkara) Pyramids - Next, you will explore the Step Pyramid of Zoser, the world’s oldest major stone structure. It was constructed in the 3rd Dynasty (around 2700 BC) for King Djoser. Lunch will be provided at a local restaurant before proceeding to enjoy a visit to The Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinus.
• Pyramids of Giza - Continue your journey to the Great Pyramid of King Cheops, the largest of the Giza Pyramids group. It was one of the seven wonders of the ancient world and remains an unsolved mystery for scientists and archaeologists. You will also see the smaller Pyramids of the Queens and the tombs of the relatives and high officials of the Kings, followed by the Great Sphinx, which features the head of a pharaoh with a lion’s body, dating back to the time of Chephren. The tour also includes a visit to the Valley Temple, associated with the Pyramids of Chephren. Later, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Cairo or Giza.
