Gamal (habibi) is the man!! - Gamal made the experience so worth it! He guided us all the way, explaining every monument and made the trip so pleasant. He instructed us how much tip we should leave and “scared” all the annoying sellers trying to reach us.

Great tour experience - Had only 1 day to check out all we could. Our t our guide, Gamal, was fantastic. Extremely charismatic and made sure we saw the most we could, kept all the annoying people asking to buy and do things at bay. Lots of great pictures, made us do a lot of silly poses and stuff in pictures that now we truly cherish and made looking back so much fun.
Thank you for the great experience, Habibi!

Wonderful time at the pyramids and museum with Gamal - Our tour was fantastic. We could not have asked for a better guide than Gamal. He was knowledgeable and fun and we felt like we were taking a tour with a good friend. Hassan our driver was also wonderful. I would highly recommend this tour and specifically Gamal as a guide. We all enjoyed it so much.

Couldn't have asked for a better team! - We were a little anxious about who our guide would be for our day-long excursion in Giza, especially as 4 youngish, older women, but we shouldn't have been! Our tour guide, Gamal, was wonderful, and our driver, Hassan, miraculously, got us safely through the holiday congestion and was always just a few moments away to retrieve us from one destination and bring us to the next. Having been a guide for 20 years, Gamal brings a wealth of integrated knowledge about Egypt, both past and present. He shared highlights and context for the sites we visited with enthusiasm and charm. He kept us moving, but also showed us great care as we navigated crowded sites, and also made sure we got the best photos! He showed extreme kindness, not only to my friends and I, but also to laborers, stopping to hand out water as we passed them working in the heat of the day. We were clearly not Gamal's only fans, as he was greeted enthusiastically by people everywhere went. He seemed to be as excited as we were when we asked to shift from seeing the Egyptian Museum to the GEM, and he went above and beyond to make it happen! It's hard to say what the highlight of our excursion was, as it was all amazing, but we couldn't have asked for a better team to usher us through our day!

Great Tour of the Pyramids and area - Great trip with our guide Gamal and Mina! The communication was good, they WhatsApped and picked us up from the hotel and were flexible with the itinerary as we wanted to finish early.
The highlights of the trip were going inside the Pyramid of Teti, the view around the Giza Pyramids and the mixed grill at a local restaurant. We enjoyed the Saqqara area more than Giza as it was less crowded.
Gamal kept us entertained and even did a photoshoot for us. He also new the security and employees at the site. Would definitely recommend this tour and request for Gamal.

Wonderful experience! - My first full day in Cairo and I am very happy I decided to book this tour last evening. Gamal is a great experienced guide, providing wonderful insight as we moved along the tour itinerary. He is also very personable, pleasant, and eager to answer all my many questions, not only about the history, but also the culture of Egypt. Added plus, he takes great pics. Amr, the driver, was very kind, and more importantly, a careful driver. Thank you Gamal and Amr for a memorable day!

Shopping Tour | “Martina” Guide - It is a private tour with driver and guide. While knowing the points offered but not in the order it was on TripAdvisor seems more like a shopping tour, which is not the purpose of the tour, you are taken to a carpet shop, a papyrus shop, also a jewelry store but also a perfume shop and even a spice shop. 5 STORES. I'm sorry but it's not what I expected from the tour. And the camel ride is very short.

Giza Sakura and Memphis with camel ride - One of the worst tours I have ever taken through TripAdvisor. Poor communication skills by the guide who did spend the 30min car ride with us but did not explain the day, how it was organized by place or time. Throughout the day there were numerous add ons that were not explained to us and some we would have wanted but by the time we got to the site couldn’t get in without the add-on. Most of the tickets were not prepurchased so we had to wait for the guide to get them. When we got to Giza , Heidy did not mention there was an option for seeing inside the pyramid so we got to entrance and heard others talking about it and asked. Had to go back and then purchase ourselves as extra. Then because we had that we didn’t go the normal way from the entrance thru the middle to the sphinx and pyramid. We went around. Then she didn’t know which buses were hop on hop off to get to the next area and we had to follow her around when she could have done those things while we were inside the pyramid. She kept rushing us so we never got to get off and enjoy the panoramic view of the pyramids. We did a camel ride far from the pyramids which made us unable to spend anytime at the panorama and when we asked to get off the bus there she said no and to go to the next stop. We got off but it was the wrong view and that was the better spot for the camel ride. It was a terrible Giza experience. We barely had time for lunch and she kept asking if we wanted to go to the bazaar which we did not want to see the papyrus making again. Memphis and Sakura were ok but she only mentioned one add on so we couldn’t get in the others we wanted to see when we got to the sights. Worst of all she really knew little to speak about so she didn’t really talk at all the whole tour. I could have learned more from Wikipedia . Most of the problems could have been overcome by a knowledgeable guide to explain things so that when we couldn’t see something she could direct and explain interesting stories of mythology and history but she knew so little that it made the experience even worse. It was actually so bad that I canceled the museum tour for the week assuming we would learn mare ourselves walking around and seeing the exhibits than having a guide. We decided a tour with just a driver would be better. Our tour the day before of the museum had a more knowledge guide but was still underwhelming to say the least . Just get an uber and do it yourself unless you really have a qualified travel guide. For over a $100 pp and having to pay extra $70 for add ons and missing others it’s not worth it.
