GEM - A beautiful experience, a fabulous museum but made unique by the guide we had there, Mr. Nabil of the Emad Mebad agency called Egypt Safari Tour. People always make the difference. And this agency is number one. Thank you again for making my stay unforgettable

Unmissable experience - Very large spaces and well organized. I was expecting to find the mummies but being opened recently it is likely that it still needs to be implemented

An Unforgettable Journey Through History and Culture in Cairo - Visiting the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM) in Cairo was an unforgettable experience. The museum is absolutely stunning and incredibly vast, with impressive architecture and an extraordinary collection that makes you feel immersed in ancient history. Every space is beautifully designed and carefully curated. Our guide was outstanding: extremely knowledgeable, accurate, and thorough in every explanation. He provided detailed and clear insights that made the visit even more engaging and meaningful. On top of that, he was very friendly and pleasant, adding a warm and enjoyable atmosphere to the entire tour. The visit to the Cairo souk and the Islamic quarter was also extremely interesting and enlightening, offering a deeper understanding of local culture, traditions, and daily life. I highly recommend this experience, as it perfectly combines history, culture, and authentic local atmosphere.

For true connoisseurs - We had a fantastic guide during our visits ... it was exciting to be able to enter the Pyramid of Cheops .. and it was pleasant to explore this city of a thousand minarets with a great soul. We returned to Cairo on the last day of our tour, after the desert oases, and we also managed to visit the Manshiyat Naser neighborhood, commonly called Garbace city, where a community of Coptic Christians lives, the Zabbaleen, who collect and recycle much of the waste of the Egyptian capital, transforming it into an efficient circular economy. Then again we visited what is called the city of the dead, Qarafa, the oldest Muslim cemetery in Egypt, is part of Old Cairo, here there is a coexistence between the living and the dead, about a million Egyptians live in tombs, it is divided into several neighborhoods, some of which are completely urbanized where the tombs are reduced to courtyards between buildings... here too we had a wonderful guide, a young Egyptian who speaks good Italian. Beyond the pyramids if you are curious we also recommend these visits to everyone ... the new Egyptian Museum interesting for the treasure of Tutankhamun, but the mummies are not present, they are in the old museum.

Great Egyptian Museum - For sure strong point and inevitable if you visit the giza pyramids and want to taste a little of Egypt, but for sure it deserves a lot of time and much more insight both for the vastness of the museum and the Egyptian history
