When a tour makes your dreams come to life - We were in Alexandria for 2 days on a cruise, and booked a tour to visit Cairo, the Giza pyramids, and our longstanding dream - the Grand Egyptian Museum. This private tour made our dream come to life! Although the drive from Alexandria to Cairo is long, we were transported in a comfortable car with an excellent driver who got us there and back safely and in good time. Our guide, Mahmoud, was outstanding!! He was knowledgeable, strategic, efficient and personable, and had the gift of making the visit very personal and memorable. He listened to what we wanted and adjusted the itinerary to address our expectations. This was the first time for my husband to visit the pyramids and Sphinx, and both of us have been planning to visit the GEM for 2 years…by luck and good karma, we were able to enter the GEM during its “soft opening” and on the last day it would be open to the public before its official opening in November! Mahmoud was also a creative photographer, and was able to capture our “highlight” moments with wonderful photos we will cherish forever. Thank you, Mahmoud, and thank you, Sun Pyramid Tours!!! Pyramids, museum, guide speaking French, perfect!!! - The team picked us up at the airport and showed us the next day the pyramids, the Cairo museum, a papyrus shop, including meals, a very passionate guide speaking French. It was perfect!

Cairo Trip - We visit several antic monuments (Pyramids, sphinx ) and all Cairo museums. We visited also the Catholic and Muslim neighborhood, including downtown Cairo.

This is an excellent tour group and Mahmoud is an excellent guide! - We just finished a two-day tour of Cairo, including the pyramids and best museums. This was an overnight shore excursion with two other couples. The tour could not have been better. Our guide was Mahmoud Emam. He was outstanding in every way. He speaks perfect English and is very knowledgeable and passionate about his country. He was friendly, flexible, personable, helpful, and everything you could possibly want in a tour guide. Sun Pyramids Tours was great to work with. Habiba did an excellent job in helping us plan this adventure. It was our first visit to Egypt and it left us wanting to return. Be forewarned that the traffic to and from Cairo is extremely chaotic and unpredictable and you will have to remain flexible with your schedule. But Mahmoud did the best he could possibly do to maximize our time and see the most important sights. We highly recommend SPT and Mahmoud!

Cairo Tours - Ive always dreamed of going to Africa, especially Egypt to see the pyramids up close. Mamoud, my tour guide, & Hemma, my driver, took care of my excursions from start to finish. Trust me, you want to use these guys. They know their way around, including all the rich history. They left no stone unturned. I was never hassled or rushed. I felt completely taken care of the entire trip. I was literally treated like a QUEEN for 5 days. Thank you so much for taking care of everything, so all I had to do was enjoy my vacation. Amazing trip to Egypt - In my opinion using a tour group to explore Egypt is absolutely necessary. We used Sun Pyramids Tours and I can easily say our trip was far better because we did. To begin, Youseff Mahmoud was beyond fantastic planning and arranging our tour. He worked with me to create a schedule in two different cities that included exactly what we wanted. He remained in contact with us over the months before the trip, answered questions immediately and even checked in during the tour to ensure that all was going well. I simply can’t say enough about his communication, follow through and execution of the perfect trip for us. He is also very kind, personable and professional. I am thankful to have had him as our tour scheduler/operator. Upon arrival in Luxor, we were met by our Sun Pyramid Luxor representative Mohamed. He was wonderful. He escorted us from the airport and ensured all of our needs were met upon arrival, during check in at our hotel, at the start of our tour the next day as well as upon our departure. We knew we would be in great hands with him as our representative and appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail. Our Luxor tour guide Mr Adel and driver Hany were also excellent. Mr Adel was a wealth of knowledge and very passionate about Egyptian history. He expertly guided and educated us at each location throughout our tour. Hany was amazing at getting us to each destination swiftly, comfortably and safely. We felt very well taken care of by all three representatives during our time in Luxor. In Cairo/Giza the high caliber of service continued. Our representative Carmalito and driver Mohammad Imman met us at the airport and ensured we were safely transported to the hotel as well as escorted us back to the airport upon departure. Carmalito was great, super personable and professional, and it is obvious he clearly enjoys his role in tourism. It is also impressive that he speaks 5 languages! As with our guide in Luxor, our Giza tour guide Walee Farah was also a vast resource of knowledge. She too provided a wealth of historical and cultural information at each of the locations, and gauged how we were all handling the heat throughout the day. We really appreciated that. (FYI - Egypt in July is a trade-off - far less crowded but extremely high temps). Our driver Mohammed ensured our safe, on-time and comfortable transportation all three days in Giza. It really takes an experienced, knowledgeable driver to navigate Egypt and it was comforting having that from both drivers during our entire stay in Egypt. In both Luxor and Giza, our guides and drivers were honestly invaluable. Aside from being experts in their fields, they were always on time, handled all of the ticketing and communication and helped us navigate security and entry at all of the sites we visited. I honestly couldn’t imagine trying to do all of that without them. They made our entire stay in Egypt easy, seamless and stress free. We explored many incredible sites including the Valley of the Kings, the Great Pyramid and the Giza Necropolis, The Sphinx, Karnak, Luxor and Queen Hatshepsut Temples, museums and more. We experienced the beauty of the Nile, rode camels, and enjoyed a family trip of a lifetime. Sun Pyramids Tours exceeded our expectations.

Great tour of Cairo - I highly recommend, they were very serious we had planned a day in Cairo by plane from Hurgada. Well present on arrival at the airport, then Cairo museum with driver and guide, lunch in a very decent restaurant then visit to the sphinx and the pyramids. As we had time before our plane at 11 p.m. to return to Hurghada they booked us a dinner cruise on the Nile with a show (to do) from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. then return to the airport. Thank you to the teams and remember to tip them, they deserve it given their attention. The guide was great

Wonderful experience - I had the best experience in exploring egypt tourism site with an excellent tour guide Ahmad Kamel and a wonderful driver Tareq Kilani. Both have good command in english language and would recommend for all tourists visiting Egypt.
