We visited Giza with very welcoming and nice people - The driver and our BASMA guide were great and very welcoming from start to finish. The selection of the most important spaces to travel in each place we found excellent. Thank you also for the lunch that comes included, was exquisite. I highly recommend the experience.

Experienced tour guide for family of four (two young boys) - We had such a great day with Ibrahim. Everything just ran really smoothly from start to finish. He took us to the Grand Egyptian Museum, then the pyramids, camel rides and the pacing was just right. We never felt rushed, and covered all the main highlights, he definitely knew what he was doing! He’s genuinely kind and easy to be around, and he did an awesome job keeping my two boys engaged and entertained the whole time. He was also accommodating and flexible, which we really appreciated. Honestly, I’d highly recommend him.

The perfect one day to see Cairo! - Mina, my guide, was great! He is very knowledgeable of everything Egyptian and loves sharing his knowledge with others. The driver was responsible. We had a lovely lunch. I highly recommend a private tour. The pyramids are amazing and the museum is wonderful. The museum is rather crowded but worth it. My only disappointment is we didn't go to he bazaar due to Ramadan and market we stopped at in Giza was all high pressure sales which I don't enjoy at all. When Mina saw me uncomfortable he asked if I wanted to skip this part and we left which I appreciated. I was very tired from travel and felt safe enough to rest my eyes during transport.

Great tour and tour guide - We had a great experience on this tour! 100% recommend. Our tour guide was Hussam and he was great. He was extremely knowledgeable and took great pictures. We spent the entire day with him and he even took us to a perfume shop, a papyrus art shop, and a jewelry shop. We didn’t get dropped off until around 9:30pm and Hussam was very patient and accommodating nonetheless. Our driver was also amazing! He was very kind and made sure we were well hydrated and even brought us snacks. If you are only in Egypt for a short time and want to hit the main attractions, this tour definitely does that.

Everything Delivered as Promised - Ibrahim, our tour guide, and ___ our driver, formed an exceptional team. Their seamless communication ensured a smooth and enjoyable day. Ibrahim’s perdonable and engaging nature made the experience informative and enjoyable. He took National Geographic pictures and knew all the picture spots, poses, and so on. The camel lead, Mohammed, was also funny and treated us like royalty. We had fun, he took amazing pictures, and most importantly, he made for an unforgettable camel ride experience. The driver was confident, kind, and ensured our safety. The Pyramid rooftop lunch was an excellent experience. The owner’s prompt and patient responses to our questions helped us make a well-informed decision and ensured a pleasant experience.

10/10 tour at Grand Egyptian Museum - Sham gave me such a great tour of the Pyramids of Giza and Spinx, that I hired her again to take me on a tour of the Grand Egyptian Museum. Sham made the tour of the museum very meaningful by adding extra history and context that would be lost without a guide. I strongly recommend hiring Sham to show you around the GEM.

Wonderful Experience of Egyptian History - We had a private driver and a private tour guide through GEMStone Explore tours. Our entry tickets to the Museum and Pyramids/ Sphinx’s was included in our package as well. Paying more money for this package was well worth it! I forgot our driver’s name, but he was very nice and a very good driver in Egypt”s crazy traffic. (LOL). He had a new car that was clean and well maintained. He also provided both my husband and I with a bottled water. Our amazing tour guide, Mahmoud, was excellent. He walked us through the newer GEM (Grand Egyptian Museum) at our pace and shared the history and background information on several artifacts. We spent about three hours there and he never rushed us! From there we went to the Giza Pyramids and Sphinx. We spent about two hours, which was wonderful! On our way out, we stopped at an on-sight coffee shop for light refreshments and snacks. We also checked out a couple of their on-sight shops which were priced very reasonably! As you exit the Giza Pyramids and Sphinx are we purchased a few small souvenirs at the locals small market. Please keep your money out of sight as you will be approached constantly, but Mahmoud was very protective and kept a good eye on the both of us, which we greatly appreciated! After this we went to the paper making and perfume oil shops which are beside each other. Somewhat reasonable prices and we spent money at both places. The designs of art work on their hand made paper were stunning and they glow in the dark with a different design. We couldn’t resist the beautiful pieces and purchased two that we will frame and hang in our home. They also can add your name(s) in Hieroglyphics which will be verified by you before purchasing! After these stops we opted to not goto the Bizarre as we were tired and we spent our time in the places we chose that meant the most to us during our visit! We learn a lot about Egyptian history and culture! Highly recommend this coming and team. Thank you to this wonderful team. We highly recommend and would use them again in the future.

Next Level 5 Star Adventure - This trip was a definite 5 Star🌟 adventure. My wife and I were lucky to tour with Mostafa Ortega who is btw connected to Cairo’s academic egyptology experts so we got so much more than we ever expected. Mostafa was so knowledgeable and personable, he really made our visit to the pyramids and Grand Egyptian Museum GEM an epic adventure. We also did the camel rides and the exploration of the Khufu pyramid tomb which were both amazing. Our driver “the captain” was always waiting and navigating us safely from place to place. Thanks Viator and especially Mostafa for a super memorable adventure.

Meera was truly the... - Meera was truly the highlight of our Cairo experience. She took us through the Pyramids, the Grand Egyptian Museum, and the Khan el-Khalili bazaar with such passion, depth of knowledge, and kindness. She went far beyond what was expected — from finding amazing local places for us to eat to suggesting brilliant spots for us to visit the next day. What I loved most was how easy she was to be around: warm, friendly, patient, and genuinely invested in making our day special. She is also a fantastic photographer and captured some of our best memories. If you’re visiting Cairo, don’t think twice — contact Meera. She’s exceptional.

Friendly and cozy walk through Giza - Everything was very nice, from hotel pickup to return. The time and priority to know the best of each place seemed relevant. The driver and our guide Masma were very friendly all day. We only lacked more historical data and "freaks" during the tours. I recommend the experience.
