✨ An unforgettable day in Cairo! - An exceptional excursion to Cairo! We had an unforgettable day, perfectly organized from start to finish. The sights were beautiful, but what really made the difference were the drivers! Always punctual, smiling and very professional, they drove with caution and put us at ease throughout the journey. Their kindness and Service contributed greatly to the success of this tour. Many thanks to the whole team for this great experience — I definitely recommend! 🙏🚐✨

Unique experience! - This experience was simply unique! Everything is studied to perfection, from the very nice Mohamed guide who has always been with us making sure that everything goes smoothly, to the drivers who, despite the 6 and a half hours of travel were always cautious, up to the prompt and efficient Customer Service. Lunch was excellent, as was the tour. Thank you so much again for this unforgettable day. Super recommended experience!

Don’t miss out! - Amazing day - definitely a recommendation Throughout today Nana was very friendly & informative- she knows her ‘stuff’. Lots of photo opportunities at each site - stunning to see! Lunch was lovely and I opted for the river cruise which was lovely. The main thing I didn’t like was the continued sellers pushing their wares, but this is the cultural norm at tourist sites and not just Egypt. I travelled alone but met some lovely people in this trip - there was always someone to talk to if I wanted. I would just advise you wear comfy shoes, take sun lotion and drink as much water as you can - it’s hot! I would also say if you have any mobility issues to be careful - lots of walking and stairs but doesn’t prevent you accessing most of the sites. Just being within this history makes it worthwhile to push yourself - you can always plan a quieter time after - don’t miss this opportunity, you will regret it

Amazing day trip to Cairo - We flew from Hurghada for a private 1 day trip to Cairo, 2 adults and 2 kids 13 & 9. We were picked up on time from our hotel with people to meet us at the airport and guide us to the correct desk. The flight to Cairo only took an hour and left early, we arrived about 6am. Our guide Nasser was waiting for us and our mini van outside. We had a early morning trip on the Nile for an additional cost, then stopped for hot drinks and snacks. Then onto the Pyramids, where Nasser gave us in depth information about the history of the Giza site we had ample time to look around and take photos. We used the hop on off bus to travel around the different areas of the site and visited the sphinx as well. We paid a little extra to go inside the smaller pyramid. We then visited a papyrus & perfume store where were given a brief tour, but then we felt obliged to purchase a few items. Lunch was a tasty but busy affair, with drinks and additional charge, the waiters kept pressing for tips even after I'd left a tip when paying. Then onto the Egyptian Museum where Nasser took us around and explained the main attractions and then gave us free time to explore on our own. We then went to the market which is overwhelming but Nasser kept us going without getting targeted to much. We said goodbye to Nasser then our driver ( who was excellent in the busy Cairo traffic) took us back to the airport, our taxi back to the hotel was waiting for us arriving back about 20:30. Overall it was an excellent day trip with amazing experiences for the kids & having our own guide & driver made us feel so much more safer and we felt we got more out of the day. Highly recommended.

Price / performance top! - Everything that was promised was kept. It was an impressive experience. The guide explained in detail in German and English and answered questions. Of course, there were also two sales stops for papyrus and perfume. If you communicate directly that you don't want to buy anything, we weren't tempted to change our minds for long either. You also have to bear in mind that the journey is very long, but that should be clear when looking at the map. The boat trip on the Nile is optional, and costs 15€ extra. It wasn't bad to catch another glimpse of Cairo, but you don't miss much either. Conclusion Great experience, price/performance definitely fits.

Beautiful pyramids, however, the overall trip was difficult - Pros: The tour takes you to all the important spots, the pyramids were beautiful and the transportation worked out well. Cons: Communication was insufficient and it felt like a tourist trap most of the time, since every opportunity imaginable was used to make extra money. I was offered a taxi ride to the minibus meeting point at an additional charge of 7€, this was not agreed upon initially, however, I had no choice and also I had to figure it out along the way, since the taxi driver could hardly communicate with me in English. I only got a clear idea of the itinerary once we met our guide in Cairo after a 6 hour bus ride and I asked him to specifically say what we were doing and what was included in the price. There were several additional activities (boat ride, camel ride etc) at additional charges of 10€ each, that were presented as part of the fixed itinerary. If you didn't want to participate, you had to literally insist. Additionally, there were several stops at different commercial factories (perfume, paper), with pressure to buy more things. Summary: if you're an independent traveler who's not afraid to say "no", this trip will be worth your while, because the sights themselves (museum and pyramids) are beautiful. If you tend to fall into tourist traps and buy stuff you end up not needing, stay away.
