Alexandria / Giza Tour

Great Pyramid of Cheops (Khufu) - A Sun Pyramids Tours representative will collect guests from their hotel in Alexandria and transport them to Cairo, approximately 2 hours away, for an exciting excursion to the Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinus.

Great Sphinx - The tour continues with a visit to the Great Sphinx, dating back to the era of Chephren, and includes a stop at the Valley Temple.

Step Pyramid of Djoser - Next, guests will visit the Step Pyramid of Zoser, the world’s oldest significant stone structure, constructed during the 3rd Dynasty for King Djoser. Lunch will be enjoyed at a local restaurant.

The Sphinx of Memphis - Following this, the tour proceeds to Memphis, established by King Menes and the capital of Egypt during the Old Kingdom. It was a cultural and political hub for over 3000 years. Visitors will see the Statue of Ramses II and the alabaster Sphinx of Memphis.

At the end of the tour, guests will be returned to their hotel for an overnight stay.

Tour Cairo / Alexandria

The Museum of Egyptian Antiquities - A Sun Pyramids Tours representative will pick up guests from their hotel for a visit to the fascinating Egyptian Museum, showcasing artifacts from the Pharaonic period. The museum houses a rare collection spanning 5000 years of art, considered the largest and most valuable collection of Egyptian art globally, with over 250,000 remarkable artifacts on display.

Mosque of Muhammad Ali - The tour continues with a visit to the Mohamed Ali Alabaster Mosque within the Citadel of Salah El Din.

Hanging Church (El Muallaqa, Sitt Mariam, St Mary) - After lunch at a local restaurant, the tour moves to Coptic Cairo to explore the Hanging Church, Ben Ezra Synagogue, Church of St. Barbara, and Church of Abu Serga.

Khan Al-Khalili - The journey proceeds to the Islamic Cairo area, where guests can explore Khan El Khalili, Cairo’s historic bazaar. This district is renowned for its exquisite brassware, copper, perfumes, leather, silver, gold, antiques, and more.

Guests will then be transported back to Alexandria.
