Gibraltar - Your instructions to meet the driver at Spanish customs was absolutely bogus,when we were able to have the driver pick us up at the dock terminal. Ridiculous pickup instructions via app. Our driver was absolutely awsome.

Our guide was the best - Our in Gibraltar was wonderful , our guide Joseluis was gracious and on time, getting us around the traffic and crowds with 2 large ships in port. He provided a historical conversation and even gave some insights into how to deal with the Monkeys!

Incredible day out in Gibraltar! Kids’ favourite cruise port and excursion! - Tony was the best tour guide! So much to see and do in Gibraltar. We had a short timeline due to it being part of a cruise, but Tony made sure we got see all the highlights of this amazing place. All three of our kids agreed it was THE highlight of our entire cruise. The history, the apes, the culture-fantastic experience all around. Our weather was cloudy, so we did not get to see any of the views (to include most of the rock), but even without that, it was still incredible. Highly recommend this for an unforgettable experience in Gibraltar. Thanks again, Tony!

Excellent tour! - Jose was wonderful! Taking a guided tour of Gibraltar is a must! He took the time to explain the history and culture to us and gave us plenty of tone to explore on our own.

Book this tour NOW! - Jose Luis is a wonderful man whose family came to “The Rock” in the 1800’s. He has lived the history of Gilbrantar his entire life, and his tour reflects it. BOOK HIM NOW! Worth every $, €, or £.

Gibraltar - The good and not so good. - This excursion started off a bit bumpy but ended up being really good. We reserved a private tour but the day before the tour provider added us to another group of 10. There were just so many people in port that day, I don’t think they could accommodate everyone.
The family group that we joined was very nice and we got to see everything we wanted to see, but we paid a premium for a private tour..
We did request a partial refund and the tour company did accommodate this quickly. We appreciated this.

Excellent itinerary, poor communication. - Gibraltar is British. The citizens can choose to be citizens of the U.K. (or Gibraltar). The national language is English.
Yet our guide (who was born and raised here) spoke a heavily-accented and only semi-fluent English.
It definitely affected the tour.
We missed some of the history, and were (unintentionally) misled about current politics.
We were most affected by the 4 or so times that we were told to go ahead by ourselves while the guide waited with the van. Each time, we asked about the timing and were never given a straight answer.
Example: “When should we be back here to meet you?
Answer: “It depends on how long you want to spend in the remaining sites.”
We were so unsure of what to do and how long to take that we wound up arriving back 15 minutes early….actually quite a bit of time considering it was only a 2 hour tour. Since we paid over $800, perhaps they will refund us $105.35?
Disappointing considering the excellent reviews.
