• Waitiri Creek Wines Ltd. - The tasting tour concludes at Waitiri Creek Wines, a charming location set in a beautifully renovated woolshed on the scenic Gibbston Back Road. This serves as the tasting room for Waitiri Creek Wines, a family-owned vineyard with a history dating back to the Gold Rush era. Although they didn’t find literal gold, a century later they believe they have crafted something even more valuable - exceptional wines that embody the essence of the region.
