Beautiful cities and an excellent guide - This tour exceeded my expectations. Both Bruges and Ghent are incredibly picturesque and full of history. Our guide was enthusiastic, friendly, and clearly passionate about Belgian history. The walking tours were informative but not too long, which left plenty of time to explore independently. Bruges was definitely the most scenic with its canals and medieval buildings, but Ghent surprised me with its impressive architecture and vibrant atmosphere. The transportation was smooth and punctual, and everything felt very well coordinated. A fantastic day trip from Brussels that I would absolutely recommend.

Recommend! - It was an enjoyable and well organisd experience. Before the tour, I had several questions and received honest, clear responses without any delaywhich built trust, The service was excellent, and the price compared to the quality was very good. But one thing if you have difficulty with walking this tour involves some walking!

Both cities are beautiful... - Both cities are beautiful and highly recommend. Nico was a fantastic guide and moves at a perfect pace to where you can see everything. Would recommend arriving somewhat early if you want to sit with your group

A taste of Belgium in a day! - Great way to see both cities in one day. Our guide, Bruno, was fantastic and taught us quite a lot about Ghent and Bruges. Would recommend to anyone on a tight schedule looking to explore these towns!

I highly recommend this tour - This was such an excellent experience. Pick-up in Brussels was straightforward and easy. The bus ride to the cities was manageable. Touring the cities themselves was a wonderful experience - a perfect balance of a guided tour and free time. Overall great experience, would definitely recommend.

It was nice.... - Josefine (Josephine?) was very sweet, knowledgeable, and impressively fluent in multiple languages. Bruges was definitely the highlight — charming, picturesque, and full of great spots, Christmas markets, and local treats. Ghent, on the other hand, felt a bit underwhelming and didn’t quite live up to the hype. One suggestion for the tour company: please avoid mixing multiple languages in a single tour. It really breaks the flow, makes it harder to stay engaged, and drags out the timing — especially rough on a cold and rainy day. Thankfully, our guide was flexible and switched fully to English midway once it was clear most guests were comfortable with it. Overall, a pleasant experience with a lovely guide, but Bruges is the real standout.

Not worth it - Not worth for the price, nice guide but the tour was packed and was given in English and French. Very confusing very rushed. Really just a ride to both cities.

Overbooked - Booked a trip on Saturday and they cancelled on Sunday evening due to over booking. Wasn’t able to find anything else to do because everything was booked.

Not worth - I expected more for what I paid, your app charges me 355$ for 2 persons , and the rest of the group at the gathering point were paid 56$ for one person , so why is that, I tried to understand from one who answered me on whatsapp but the response not that I expected this was the respond (Apologies for pricing confusion you've got, please be advised that Viator acts merely as a broker, while the tour operator is the actual supplier who listed all of the details of their tour in website.) So your app not worthy to trust, sorry for that
