great tour as a private couple with some extra highlights - Great and personalized experience with our guide, who pick up us at the crusade ship harbour , very fluent in english and a good knowledge about the region and people in the area.
She showed us also some extra highlights, we realized, that she is quite proud of her country.

Enjoyable and informative tour at your own pace. - Great exploration of the Island with wide ranging activities and local knowledge.
Very flexible on timing so we could explore at our own pace.
Everyone enjoyed the Butterfly Garden, Fruit Sampling and the Spice Garden was very interesting to explore.
Comfortable tour from knowledgeable local host.
Family of 4 Australians w/2 teenage kids.

Great trip out of the city! Good for all ages! - Spice gardens were lovely, good to see early before too hot! Butterfly farm amazing, could have spent hours there!

Jungle-like experience - The overall experience was good. The downside was it was difficult walking the trail. Be prepared for high humidity. Has a jungle feel for me. Worth the effort.

Was nice drive outside... - Was nice drive outside Georgetown. Mr . Ong was informative and helpful. Really enjoyed the butterfly farm.

Driver - Driver was on time. Not very talkative, really just a driver. As we had visited both locations and still had time he did suggest another location to visit .

Very disappointed - Disappointing visit.
If the route is well indicated, the plan is well done, the garden lacks maintenance and information for beginners.
Not many haunts in the paths, the vegetation is mixed, it is very difficult to spot the species. The route is short. Little or no spices.

Poor value for money and little information - The guide wasn't a guide, just a driver. Sorry, we have not received any information about the island, city, culture,... The booked program also did not fit with the plan of the "guide". He did not want to approach two points of the program. Value for money does not fit. With this experience, next time we would take a grave and drive to the points described in the program, pay the entrance fee ourselves and then we would have saved a lot of money.
