Beautiful flowers & Great Tour - I was worried I wouldn't be able to walk around much because of a recent knee replacement but they totally took care of me. Hall drove us around in a golf cart so I could see everything & made stops along the way so I could get out & see the beautiful flowers up close. We loved our tour.

Botanical Park Amazing!! - The Botanical Park is wonderful. Many flowers. Laid out nicely. Not hard to walk through. The gift shop is very nice also. Pedro St. James was a nice historical stop to give you an idea of the history of Grand Cayman. Highly recommend.

Best Cayman tour - This has been our best tour so far. Our tour guide, Vanessa was fabulous! She knew so much history of the island but it was the way she told the story, very entertaining. Not only did she tell us about the St. James castle but also the foods of the island and how to cook them in dishes. Delbert, our driver was super nice. He also was very knowledgeable about the island. He even pulled over so we could take pictures of iguanas . I would recommend this tour with family and friends

Wonderful combination of wild life and foliage - Thoroughly enjoyed our visit here. Saw several blue iguanas in the sanctuary ... also saw other iguanas, turtles and birds. Great spot for kids - child play area. Trails are well shaded, flat and you will see lots of wild life and beautiful foliage. Easy for young and old to get around. Really enjoyed the variety of orchids. The blue iguana sanctuary has many guys in their own concrete pens. Beautiful dragon looking guys - and they are well taken care of.

Good tour - An interesting way to learn more about Grand Cayman. Very much enjoyed the botanical gardens. I wished we'd had more time there. It was a long ride from our hotel and so we had only an hour to tour the gardens before having to leave for the tour of Pedro St. James Castle. We learned a lot about the history of the island watching the intro film there. Tour of the house/castle brief and oddly focused on the furniture.

Enjoy Pedro St. James Castle - This was a very lovely tour. We were most fortunate to have Trisha as our tour guide. She was truly a Pedro St. James Castle historian. so animated and excited to give us so much information about the tour we almost lost track of time. I truly recommend this tour and ask for Trisha. She was amazing.

Disappointing - Disappointing. Blue iguana was cool and you can see many of them. That’s the only highlight. The rest was just a normal garden. Very difficult to get to. Front desk wasn’t friendly either.

Terrible Tour Operator Experience - We were booked on a tour on CayTours last week. The tour was suppose to leave at Noon. We checked in at 1137 and were the first ones there. The lady coordinating the tours had one other group of 6 which she was trying to handle (not very effectively I might add) At Noon, we asked what time we were leaving and she couldn't give us an answer. At 1215 she finally told us that the driver was at the Marriott hotel picking up two other people and he would be there shortly. Four people who were suppose to join us never showed up. Finally at 1227, we asked again about what time we were leaving as we had to be back in the area at 3:30 to board our ship. She then told us the driver was waiting in the parking lot and that we were late?? Seriously, we've been here for :45 already. We told her after much discussion that we were not going on the tour because she couldn't guarantee we would be back in time. She kept saying it depends on traffic but they would do their best to have us back. A total lack of confidence at this point, not to mention we had already lost over :30 of our time. She was very disorganized. Makes we wonder what would have happened if there were more than one ship in port. We tried to speak to the owner but she said he was out driving. When we later called, she had given the owner a different story to cover her butt. We were unable to get our money back or get satisfaction from the company.. We will never recommend or use this company again.
