The Best Experience on our European Vacation! - My mom and I booked a Mediterranean cruise and decided that we didn't like to options offered in Genoa by our cruise line. Instead, we found this cooking class with Tiziana, which turned out to be the best excursion of our trip! Tiziana is incredible! We felt so welcome from the first moment we met. She walked us through each recipe and even made an alteration to the tiramisu recipe after I admitted to not loving coffee. I highly recommend this excursion to anyone visiting Genoa! Tiziana is a true gem and we're so grateful that we found her!!

Such a fun cooking class! - What a great day of conversation and cooking! Tiziana welcomed us in to her home and showed us how to make a full 3 course meal. We got so many pictures and videos taken while learning how to make pesto, gnocchi, and tiramisu, along with getting many suggestions on what to see while we were in Genova. We had so much fun doing this and would absolutely do it again!:) thank you!!

Cooking, Fun and True Hospitality - We joined Tiziana and Roberto’s cooking class as a family with our two teen daughters – and it was a truly wonderful experience. From the very beginning, we felt warmly welcomed, almost like visiting relatives rather than attending a class. Together we prepared authentic pesto Genovese, gnocchi, and tiramisu. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, even for beginners, and the girls had a lot of fun taking part in the cooking. The food turned out delicious, and the whole atmosphere was relaxed and joyful. The cooking ended with all of us sitting at the table, sharing the food we had made, sipping prosecco, and enjoying a great conversation. It was not only a cooking class, but also an authentic taste of Genoese hospitality. I highly recommend this experience to families or anyone who wants to enjoy delicious food, warm company, and an unforgettable time in Genoa! Not to forget learning new local recipes… :)

The BEST cooking class and host in Genoa! Must do (teen-friendly) - An absolutely fabulous experience! We couldn't have asked for better. I attended the class with my daughters age 13 an 16. Tiziana and her partner were so warm, welcoming, and their home up on a hill in prime Genoa is the perfect setting for this class. She was patient and kind and funny - we laughed often and really learned a lot about Genoan cuisine. The pesto, gnocchi and tiramisu was delicious, and she even had extra to share with all of us. My girls had so much fun. We were only in Genoa for one day/night and this was the perfect way to spend the evening -a perfect taste of the city.

An amazing experience from start to finish! - Tiziana is an incredible chef. We made the best pesto I think I have ever eaten! The gnocchi and tiramisu were also top notch. Between instruction we were entertained by Roberto and many WWI and WWII stories and memorabilia. Highly recommend this cooking experience!

Fabulous!! - Tiziana warmly welcomed our family (4 adults and 2 children) into her home and involved all of us in making tiramisu, gnocchi, and pesto. Her passion for cooking and sharing her craft was truly inspiring, and we felt so fortunate to be part of the experience. To top it off, her partner Roberto was equally engaging. Their home is filled with family photos and mementos from World War I, and Roberto’s captivating stories delighted the history buffs in our group. Add in their friendly dog and cat, and it felt like visiting old friends. We highly recommend this unforgettable experience!
