The Only Way To See Portofino - Gabriel was our driver - intelligent, personable and sensitive to our needs on a very hot day! He was adaptable to whatever we needed and drove safely and professionally. We enjoyed seeing Santa Margherita, Portofino, and Camogli in a comfortable way. Will recommend. Thank you

Highly recommend - Francesco was very professional and had a nice day planned for us. Even though we had a language barrier we were able to communicate using our translation app which we all enjoyed. He helped us learn a little more Italian . I was with my daughter and daughter in law who love to take photos. Not only was he patient with them but he found a perfect places to take pictures. His suggestions on restaurants were also very lovely. Each place he took us to was more beautiful than the next. I would highly recommend this to tour and I Francesco as your guide.

Great Tour and Taxi Services - First off, Enrico and his drivers were so professional, punctual and courteous. Enrico was so responsive, patient and quick to answer all my questions. All areas were picturesque! There were 16 of us and the 2 vans were just right and comfy.. The costs of the vehicles were not bad considering we divided the costs by 16 people. The tour itself wasn't too bad also. We enjoyed the picturesque Santa Margharita, Portofino and Camogli. If I can make a suggestion, Enrico need to train his drivers to speak English. Grazi Enrico !

Enrico Limousine Service - Excellent service, very professional, very precise. It was a day trip from Genova to Portofino. On the way back we stopped to visit Santa Margherita and Camogli. Strongly recommended.

Brilliant - Brilliant place. Stay in st Margherita and go out from there. One day in Portofino on ferry and one day to the Cinque terra on train then ferry. May have been time of year but we wanted to eat in one of the 5 towns but a lot shut between 3-6 so had too miss as get ferry back.

Oh! Italy - Having been to Portofino before, adding Santa Margarita to the tour just made it that much better. fantastic driver

Great time visting Portofino, Santa Margherita & Camogli with Private driver - If booking this experience, you are getting a private driver to take you to Portofino, Santa Margherita and Camogli. Our driver named Michele was a very kind man and tried his best to communicate with us using google translate. Our Italian was very limited so we couldn't ask questions but basically it was straight forward. He dropped us off at each spot, let us explore and we would meet up at a designated spot! We were able to spend as much time as we needed in each place. He picked us up at the cruise ship port in Genoa and dropped us off in a timely matter. Thank you Michele for the great time!

Great trip - Really great experience and very professional and Van was great. We loved Portofino and other towns we visited. Would have enjoyed more information on history of the area.

Not what was promised - This was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! The ferries were not running which was our reason for booking. Driver changed the order of the itinerary driving through Santa Margarita to Portofino. By the time we returned to Santa Margarita the shops were closed and he said yes, winter hours. Also requested a sedan and got a minibus. Last year we travelled in Austria, Germany and Spain using Viator with great success. This was a very expensive tour and did not come close to what we expected!

Not worth it - Driver only for your guide prices - Either Viator needs to update the description of this excursion or Enrique Limousines needs to improve the quality of their service. We knew we wouldn’t have guided tours at each stop, but through the aviator description AND communication with Enrique prior to the tour, we were led to understand that we would at least be hearing descriptions of the sites/towns as we passed. What we got was purely a driver. When we got in the car he asked us “where to first”? We were like, ummm, we hired you. We drove to each town in silence for the most part - no descriptions of the towns or anything of significance as we passed. Driver was able to answer some questions when we asked. We did appreciate the slightly awkward & quiet walk around Camogli with him - we’d not have seen a couple of things without that. And, we had a very wonderful lunch in an out of the way place that bumped up my review just for that. We did this excursion as part of a 9 day cruise where we did multiple activities with multiple operators in Italy and this was far & away the least worth our money. It’s probably cheaper to hire just a driver or if you want an actual tour like this describes, invest your money somewhere else too.
