Visiting Switzerland is a pleasure. - Geneva, Lausanne and Switzerland as a whole are a beautiful country. Transportation is well organized and punctual. Friendly and polite people. The places visited well maintained and clean. People living in Switzerland are privileged. A country definitely worth visiting.

Montreux Chaplin and Chillon trip - Great trip! Roger was a wonderful guide! I highly recommend this experience. The mini bus was very comfortable and I enjoyed all of the stops.

A great day trip - This tour was wonderful. Our driver/tour guide Roger was great. Explained what we would be seeing and took care to drop off in good spots. The Chaplin world was unexpectedly amazing. The Chateau de Chillon had a lot of stairs. And Montreux was as expected. We had a lovely wine tasting along side a vineyard. This tour was totally worth the money

Nice trip - Nice trip. Norman was a great guide and made sure everyone was happy, very knowledgeable and full of information I advise double checking your meeting location. What we have found is the tour company and Viatar have different meeting locations. Watch emails for communication.

Great day - Aside from a few hiccups that weren't Norman's fault the excursion was very nice. Norman our guide made sure very one had a good time. He was very knowledgeable about the area. Because of the hiccups he gave the group extra time in town and even made a special side trip.

Great tour - Wonderful full-day tour with a small group that had us seeing many sites and with ample time to enjoy them and take photos. The driver and guide Roger/Ivar was great; he was friendly and informative, he made all the difference. Always pointing out locations on the road and sharing interesting information. I appreciate that he was always clear in his instructions and making sure the tour members didn't expire from the heat. I highly recommend this tour as it is perfect for those with a short stay in Geneva.

Lots to see and learn - Our guide, David, did a very nice job with our tour. Stops at "Queen studio" was really great to see as was "Chaplin's world". The tour was as advertised and very good. Even though the tour was 9 hours, there just isn't enough time to give the two mentioned above stops the time you could spend there if you were wanting to enjoy both fully. Not the tour or tour guides fault, just not enough time. The one complaint was that we were seated in the second to last trow on the 19 passenger van and there apparently wasn't a microphone available, so between his French accent and the distance between us, we missed much of what was being said on the drives. Other than that I would recommend this tour.

Busy but informative day. - The overall day was packed with visiting different activities which was nice. Great to visit so much in one day. The castle was really nice and preserved. Tour guide could’ve been more knowledgeable and positive.

This trip had excellent... - This trip had excellent sites, but the guide was bad and each stop was poorly planned. Some stops were rushed while others lingered too long. The guide pressured us into the “optional” boat ride, and didn’t make it feel optional despite being an added cost. He also made the group feel uncomfortable with odd and sometimes offensive comments. It didn’t seem like anyone on the tour had a good time.
