Excellent place to connect with nature - They charge you to enter, 150 pesos per vehicle for park maintenance. The guided tour with José was spectacular because it makes a magnificent explanation of how the forest was formed and where the energy comes from. Accompany the guided tour with a tree-hugging gift that makes you connect with nature and cute energy what's on site. There are horseback riding and a mini-craft fair. In my opinion, garbage cans could be added along the trail as well as signs indicating not to dump garbage in the forest.

Nice walk - 4 km from the city centre you can reach it by bike or car. The guide passionately explains the characteristics of the place, which conveys a special tranquility, people embrace the trees to take home and in their heart some of that good energy. I didn't feel anything special, I enjoyed the sun at sunset.

Miramar Buenos Aires - The energy forest is a small and special forest. In general, Miramar is very nice, Campo Mar. The beach is quite windy, difficult to be there, perhaps because of the date of visit. It shows that it is a summer place.
