Lovely time thanks - Great time thanks. Admission fee was fine but online was a lot more expensive to add sea life on? Staff were helpful and friendly. Kids loved it

The best staff you might ever seen. - The staff were super kind, friendly and nice. It's very difficult for me to satisfy my kids, but they were extremely happy there. A safe place for the family. The length of the visit is like you can plan and enjoy all activities. I would like to say it was best if it was a bit cheaper. But again I would like to say huge thanks to the staff. They are unbelievably kind people.

Great visit for younger kids - Great hour spent visiting. My daughters 10 and I felt she was too old for most of it. We did enjoy it though and went on several rides that were great fun!

Lego enthusiasts ideal night! - I had an excellent experience at the Lego adult night with my friends, the location is easy to get to, the staff were out of this world. Nothing was too difficult for an ask for the staff and we had fun for hours in the models and playing the games.

great afternoon for lego fans - We spent a lovely few hours here. My son has just turned 11 and had a great time. Whilst there is definitely more for younger children (duplo and under 5 cars etc) we enjoyed the rides and the VR experience as well as miniland where he loved seeing mini manchester, Blackpool etc. We did buy the activity pack which I don't feel was worth it for my son's age but he did enjoy getting the pages stamped at the various areas

Mixed - The kids liked it staff was very friendly i paid for extras The vr the boys loved it how ever the creative i have no idea what I paid for, I couldn't find the signs the staff told me about and the boys had the same problem even when asking the staff. Over £6 for a bottle of water and coke was well over priced and to top it of i had cash there policy is card only am extremely annoyed at this if I choose to pay with cash and no card then that should be my choice not there's. Luckily I had my phone that only had a small amount of money on to use contactless. And then the boys had birthday and Christmas money and I had the same problem in the shop, so I had to limit them on spending. Sadly I will not return again and its disappointing because they wanted to go again. Sorry for any spelling issues am dyslexic. Hope you fix this issue as I wasn't the only person there having this problem.

Good for you d kids - Worth a visit if you have young kids. Would allow 2 hours or so not a whole day . Could do with a refresh especially the toilets. Refreshments and shop are fairly expensive. Bit disappointing that the VR headset ride is charged extra. We paid but wouldn’t do it again. Staff were very helpful

Cafe menu choices poor. I bought an egg mayo sub which barely had any filling in. Also note you have two review pages open on tr - Don't buy sub sandwich from cafe - egg mayo merely had a smear of egg mayo on bread

Complete waste of money. Lego with no enthusiasm or wonder. Waste of time. - If I had to summarise my entire experience here. It would be meh at best. There was essentially no experience to be had, staff were less than enthusiastic and told us next to nothing about what was happening inside. We had our photo taken at the beginning of the experience but had no idea why or that the photo would cost us money on top of the expensive entrance fee. The LEGO “factory” was pointless. A bunch of boring nonsense on a wall that the kids nor adults cared about. The two rides took longer to get started than the rides actually lasted. The mini landscape area was really cool. Honestly more focus should have been given to creating cool Lego structures for people to take photos with and see and experience. A mini scape where we could pretend to be godzillas in would have been amazing. everything was glued together so I can’t understand why so much was hidden behind glass. The main area was chaos with staff members who looked like they’d rather be anywhere else but there at the best of times. The race car area had no structure or organisation to the bins of Lego you were using at all. Zero staff were in sight for over an hour we spent trying to build cars with the family. Half made cars were left abandoned on ramps. Eventually some staff members showed up to oversee an official “race” which lasted less than 3 minutes. Kids queued up to get a photo with a Lego trophy. Assuming all who made it to the “qualifiers” would get a pic with it. Nope. It was taken away after the first place kid got a photo and staff disappeared never to be seen again anyway. Very disappointing for a child. To have a photo op area but the trophy gets taken away is just silly. There was zero clean up on any of the Lego. It was an absolute mess. No one was there showing us how to build cars or giving people ideas or really any structure. It was essentially find your own fun. Kids left unsupervised also ruined the experience due to having no idea what a queue is and constantly pushing past us to go on the ramps with their cars. Even kids who had parents with them did it and the parents said nothing. Very disappointing. Not a single bit of Lego was given for free for the £20+ tickets. Not even a souvenir piece that said LEGOland discovery centre or something. Mini figs weren’t given with overpriced kids meals even though they were meant to be. The Ninjago academy had no staff member near it. So it was unsupervised random activities again. Absolutely zero structure. Kids were hogging trikes on the bike area with no consideration for others and yet again no staff oversight. Overall the entire place was boring, cluttered, lacking a clean up and severely lacking some staff oversight, engagement and ways to make it fun for the kids. The only staff member who engaged was the 4D cinema announcer before the 4D film. Overall a complete waste of money.
