A must do activity if visiting Edinburgh - This activity was not only educational but also so entertaining. You couldn't ask for a better more knowledgeable guide. It ended up one of most enjoyable experiences in Edinburgh.

Excellent Chocolate Experience - visit if you can! - Excellent visit! Mackenzie was an excellent host and guide - clear speech, warm personality, first-rate knowledge base. He held his audience of every age! Tour lasts 90 minutes and includes excellent background information session, then the opportunity to make chocolate bars, and then a history lesson and tasting session. I thought that the inevitable health and safely issues with hot chocolate flowing were handed exceptionally well and in an unitrusive manner.

Great experience and good value for money - A great experience. You have a little talk about Chocolate, make your own bar and gave a chocolate tasting. The girl who did our tour was lovely, very friendly and engaging (3.30pm tour Sunday 18th Jan 2026!). We all enjoyed and everyone on the tour seemed to have a good time. Excellent value for money too.

Absolutely fantastic chocolate tour - This chocolate tour was excellent. Meg explained in a clear way where chocolate came from and how it was made. Worth every penny. My favourite was white chocolate with chilli, known as the grim reaper. Highly recommend.

Save the air miles - We went on a chocolate tour im Costa Rica a few years back, and despite the obvious differences in scenery, this tour proved to be twice as interesting. Amazing selection of weird and wonderful chococolates to sample. Kelly was amazing. 100% recommend for the price.

Lots of chocolate - I loved my time here and would definitely recommend. They have all kinds of chocolatey goodness but some stuff is a bit weird and not so nice They explain how chocolate is made and where it comes from really well and you get to eat lots of chocolate which is the best part.

Amazing! Would highly recommend! - I bought a gift voucher for this experience for my sisters Christmas. Let me tell you it did not disappoint! Our tour guide Christy was amazing, so knowledgeable and super friendly. Making our own chocolate bar was so much fun. The tasting room was amazing. I loved tasting chocolate from different places and even found my new favourite - Lavendar dark chocolate!! If you're visiting Edinburgh or you live here this is a must experience!
