Family fun - What a fun experience!! Brings out the competitive side. Think those who use particular tactics and don't move fully around the board should be penalised......loved it though!! Would recommend

Great game and host, front dest staff are rude - The game was really fun and the host was really nice.
The woman at the front desk had an attitude and it felt like she did not want to be there.

Pacman is so much fun - REALLY enjoyed this activity! We booked the chaos karting at the same time and to be honest I was more excited about the karting, but the pacman was the highlight, in hindsight I wouldnt have bothered with the karting. Pacman live is so immersive and we really enjoyed it.

Family fun - Brilliant fun! The kids (8 & 10) loved it and the host was a nice touch with his banter and energy.
Definitely do it again….bring it to Birmingham!

Great fun! - Family of four, including a 11 year old who is autistic.
Had a brilliant time, a free carer's pass was included for our youngest who is SEND, but he was still able to take part and had a lot of fun, even though he didn't fully understand the rules.
Check in part was straightforward, staff were very helpful and explained what we had to do very well. Cost is a little pricey at full price, but there often seems to be good deals on. We paid £15 each, and you get around an hour for that.
Games are fun and energetic. My advice is to take some water in with you, it can be hard work if you're competitive (though you can do it at whatever pace is comfortable.
All in all it was a very good experience.

Great fun… if the gym could be more like this, I’d never leave! - Full of nostalgia, with the classic arcade game being brought into the 21st century in a fun and exciting way.
We went as a couple and we played alone (10am on a Thursday and not on holiday time, hence it being empty) and had a great time but think going as a group of 3-4 people would work best.
Friendly, enthusiastic staff and clean facilities.
Merchandise pricey but guess that’s not unusual wherever you go.
Would definitely go again with friends/family.

Fun but needs glitches clearing - It’s great fun - especially if you’re a fan of the retro game!
Staff are friendly and good fun too.
Our only complaint was that our game seemed to have a glitch and one corner of the maze wasn’t working properly. We couldn’t collect all the points and it kept saying we’d walked into the wall - when we hadn’t.

AMAZING, but dont combine teams - a really fun experience! the pac-man team and the speaker were super fun and entertaining, and the games are amazing!
the only downside is that you are coupled with other teammates and they can be the most horrible people on the planet and ruin your fun.
if this can be solved, i’d give 6/5 stars!

Great fun - Got tickets on a £15 special offer so thought why not do something different.
The actual gaming experience lasts around 30 minutes (which is enough) and was enjoyable (but tiring)
Tip. Keep your head up and eye out for the fruit and blue ghosts to boost your points. I ate the most pellets and came 3rd out of 4 because one pellet is 10 points and a fruit say can be 500 so I was a busy fool!
Enjoy.

Ghosted before even getting to Pac-Man! 👻 - We booked the Pac-Man Experience in Manchester for my daughter’s birthday (14:30 on Sunday) and travelled from Leeds for the day. Pac-Man is her absolute favourite game, so this was meant to be the birthday surprise.
We even booked lunch at "Haunt" to fit the theme which, thankfully, was excellent. The food and atmosphere there were the highlight of the day, because the rest of it fell apart fast.
While still at the restaurant, I found out our session had been cancelled. No clear message, no proper follow-up, nothing. Just gone. The only “solution” offered was to go to The Crystal Maze, if we paid £165 extra. Really? After driving all that way and paying already?
We were stuck in an unfamiliar city on a Sunday with no time to organise anything else, and my daughter was devastated. For something billed as a premium, family-friendly experience, the lack of communication and care was shocking. I honestly expected better and it completely ruined what should’ve been a brilliant birthday.
