As a private luxury chauffeur service, we understand the challenges of booking transportation during these times. We are implementing additional measures to ensure our drivers adhere to comprehensive safety protocols for the well-being of our clients and themselves.

Chauffeur Hygiene Procedures:
All chauffeurs will wear face masks at all times and will frequently sanitize their hands.

Client Welcome Procedure:
Upon meeting, we will avoid physical contact, such as handshakes. Upon reaching your designated vehicle, your chauffeur will provide you with a face mask, antibacterial hand gel, and wipes.

Vehicle Hygiene Procedures:
Before new clients board the vehicle, the chauffeur will sanitize the seats, door handles, and all surfaces touched by previous clients. Once the vehicle is thoroughly sanitized, the chauffeur will wash their hands again.

• At time of booking, Cruise ship passengers must provide the following information at time of booking: ship name,boarding time and Cruise Terminal
• Collapsible wheelchairs with (5 passengers travelling inclusive of 5 medium size Luggage plus 5 hand luggage) removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark

HYGIENE PROCEDURE FOR OUR TRANSPORTATION: Leading to a new client/s boarding the vehicle, your chauffeur will sanitise the seats,door handles and all surfaces where the previous clients have touched. Once the vehicle has been fully sanitised, the chauffeur will then wash his/her hands again.
