Flossy is the best - Really enjoyed our visit to Crystal Maze - our guide Flossy was 1st class and really added to the event. Great energy and plenty of laughs along the way. Would definitely go back.

Christmas Party Activity - Such Fun! - A fantastic experience at The Crystal Maze! It was great for team bonding and full of laughs throughout. The team were excellent and the challenges kept everyone involved. Highly recommended for teams looking for something fun and different. It was such a good afternoon activity for our Christmas Party.

Excellent Time! - We had a fantastic time in the Maze. The games were (mostly) good fun and mostly achievable for our group. Our Maze Master was Chad and he was exceptional. Funny, witty and just the right mix of supportive and sarcastic. Chad made our experience fun and interesting and his high energy kept us all going (even through the mildly terrifying slide and ladder!) Thank you Chad!

Chad was rad. Expectation exceeding - There was a lot riding on this family excursion. Opportunities to get everyone together in one shared activity are becoming increasingly rare. With an age range from 10 to 50 and inclusive of 3 teenagers who spend their lives on a phone the bar was always going to be high. Upon arrival, any hopes were dashed. The front of house staff were a charisma-less void that sucked any joy and expectation out of the room and had us waiting and wondering 45 minutes beyond our booked event time. Eventually ushered into a dark, pokey little room with a tv playing pixelated footage of the old show (to bewildered and disinterested children) I’d accepted this was going to be an expensive and disappointing mistake. And then BAM! In leaps Chad. Cue screams and laughter all round from the jump scare. Brief intro and off he sprints calling for us to follow, running. For however long it lasted (no one was keeping track of time anymore), Chad led us in a series of bonkers and tense challenges with a mix of bouncy energy, withering inscrutability and gentle encouragement - as good as the original host - but with far better hair! We shouted, we encouraged, we berated but mainly we laughed. And laughed with tears. What a fantastic family outing. Thank you Chad. You made it. Worth every penny. What a turn around (perhaps the low level energy staff when you enter and question what on earth you were thinking is, in actual fact, a stroke of genius).

Great fun with Flossie - As a family of five with three young adult children ages 15,19 and 21 we all had a lot of fun— Flossie our maze runner was brilliant and really made it into a great time, running between challenges and giving it a great vibe. The challenges were well done and there was overall atmosphere was very reminiscent of the show. In a group of 8 we each got to do two challenges then headed to the dome. Overall it was a blast and I’d recommend it; definitely ask for Flossie!

Crystal Maze the thumbs up 👍 - Really fun, everyone loved the day , especially the end when in the dome it gave a real sense of being in the real crystal maze, just like the programme, the slide was fun 🙂 we had the Best guide, she was fun and really supportive . A couple of the challenges were not the easiest , I think manoeuvring the horse was difficult especially reversing , this could be the mechanics , the operation game was tricky as the items were difficult to grasp , perhaps this was the challenge but slippery beyond chance , I think the games should be at least 3 minutes for the more challenging ones, overall Loved it , loved our guide 🤩 we can’t attach photos as we’re not allowed to take but the photo to take home was fun 🙂

Tired and in need of TLC - As a family who have watched the show our expectations were high, sadly a lot of the games were tired and in need of refurbishment/repair and we were led to believe we would have jackets/boiler suits for the duration which we only had for a photo outside the dome! Our guide was very good however which was the one bonus. Our time was booked for 1pm and as we were delayed we thought we would have a drink beforehand, sadly you could not buy any alcohol before entering the game (although we could have had 12 pints before we arrived!), its odd as everything else was an option to upsell and squeeze every penny from you as a 'momento' Having done other similar experiences this compares price wise but does need a re-vamp!
