• Stockport Gin - Guests are warmly welcomed with a double G&T and a comprehensive tour of the distillery! Following this, they are guided upstairs to the Gin School, where each person is seated at their own still, ready for an exciting experience!
  Participants receive a briefing on the gin-making process and have the opportunity to choose their own botanicals from a diverse selection. Expert guidance from our distiller is available to assist in the selection, and once chosen, the distillation begins.
  While the gin is distilling, guests can enjoy another G&T along with samples from our entire gin range, all while learning about Stockport Gin and having the opportunity to ask any questions.
  After the distillation process, guests carefully blend their gin, bottle it in a 70cl bottle, and label it with a unique name. Before departing with their new creation, they can savor it as a perfectly served Gin and Tonic and share tasting notes with the group.

Nestled in the heart of Stockport, the Gin School offers an engaging experience where participants can create their own gin. The adventure begins with a complimentary double gin and tonic, followed by an informative tour of the distillery. At individual stills, guests can choose from a selection of botanicals to craft a distinctive gin recipe, all under the guidance of a skilled distiller. As the gin distills, guests can enjoy tastings from the full range, leading up to the bottling and labeling of their unique creation. This exclusive session, with only six stills available, ensures personalized attention and a memorable experience, concluding with a final tasting of the handcrafted gin.
