Family outing to Greenwich - It was a fantastic ferry cruise down the Thames from Westminster to Greenwich. It was a family trip and my kids loved the experience. The young lady selling us the tickets at Westminster was horrid, but the boat and pier crew were fantastic (especially Norman; funny guy, very helpful, and made our wait on the pier go by quickly). Recommendations for families: Buy a one-way and take the train back to the city centre.

A must do in London! - We love our Go City passes that allowed us to travel to and from Greenwich and Norman was awesome. Cheerful and quite helpful as we wanted to leave later and he told us how to do so!

Check the concession small print - Took the boat from Greenwich to Blackfriars. The kiosk for tickets was closed so we used the ticket machine paying for concession tickets as we are over 60 and have Scottish senior travel cards and last year we used them on the boat. The ticket inspector asked to see our cards and on seeing they we’re Scottish told us these were not accepted now and we had to pay £15.40 extra to complete our journey. He told us we could have been fined but he would not do that. There were no obvious signs telling people of the changes. Apart from that the trip was good

Needs improvements - Ive been on thames clippers before, the boats are so busy it's hard to be outside of boat, very fast boat from, tower pier to north Greenwich O2 Arena, and back, u dont really see any staff unless u board and depart, like speed on water, very fun

Terrible - Very bad experience. Interminable wait before boarding, no information given. Once on board, constant noise: engines, hubbub... impossible to relax. Shaky organisation, unpleasant atmosphere. Clearly not what you'd expect from a London cruise. To be avoided.

Worst trip ever - Terrible experience. Unhelpful staff. Not enough boats compared to line of users, ended up waiting 40 minutes total to board. Unable to cancel the ticket once activated but unable to join the boat due to lack of space. Wasted our time and should have taken the tube/train but unable to due to having paid. Will not repeat experience and will advise everyone else to avoid. Please use other companies who might care more about their customers.

Never again - Rude, arrogant and rude staff. They kept us waiting more than an hour, even though empty boats arrived.
