Great Views - Great views, we started from near the O2 and did the round trip in one go as we didn't have any desire to see anything on the other side. It was good, it is something you probably do once and not again. We did enjoy it.

Always a good time :) - My son absolutely loves cable cars and we tend to come here frequently. The view from the cable car is lovely and there is always a lot to do around the area as it’s next to the O2. If you’re travelling with a child, please be mindful that you’d have to buy paper tickets for children. However, adults can just tap their bank cards to go on the cable car both ways which is quite convenient. I’d recommend it as it’s always a good time rain or shine :)

A really cool way to see the city! - We did the return trip at about 4.15pm in December and were fortunate enough to have the most beautiful sunset as a backdrop! Fantastic views of the city of London and the river. Comfortable cars. Stops in the middle for a photo stop.

Nice short trip - We did the round trip at night, with kids. We loved it. Its a short trip, in a cabin for a maximum of 10 people. You can see a lot of London, its beautiful.

Cable car closed - prebooked tickets refund!? - We pre booked return tickets for the cable car as we were visiting the O2 for an event. The crossing over was fine however after the event the cable car had been closed due to winds. Understandable however we are struggling to get a refund for our return trip. We have paid for a service we have not received. I have called the tfl phone number however they said we have to go directly through the cable car website which has no guidance.

Ill-mannered and aggressive shop assistant - Everything was perfect but the woman who was selling the tickets made us bitter the experience, treated us like we were scum, yelled at me, threw the change and without looking in the face, I told her if she was okay because of the treatment she was giving us and not even look in the face. Too bad people like that are working in front of the public because the rest of the classmates were nice If you read it. Your bosses the girl was redheaded and chubby, they should take action. I went on January 25, right now, I'm doing the review no lower
