Smokey Mountain High Points Tour - Smokey Mountain High Points Tour Review We had such a wonderful experience on the Smokey Mountain High Points Tour! Wes was incredibly friendly and engaging with everyone in the group, making the day feel welcoming and fun. He shared not only fascinating history facts about each high point but also personal stories that brought the mountains to life in a unique way. His passion and knowledge made the tour both educational and memorable. We would highly recommend signing up for this tour—it’s the perfect blend of scenic beauty, history, and genuine connection.

Easy Peasey! - Kendil was so knowledgeable and has lived in the area most of her life and hiked all over the area even to the tops of many of the high points we saw on the tour. Told us about the history and the fire. We stood on the state line of Tennessee and North Carolina. Had time to read all the signs and see the place where Rockfellar and FDR dedicated the park in 1934. The 1.30pm tour on Sunday was not very crowded and had little traffic. It was a beautiful clear fall day and we could see for miles! My only regret was not having an extra hour to hike up Kuwohi, the highest point to view all seven states. Kendrick even dropped us off in town and gave us recommendations on where to eat for dinner and how to get back to the Visitor center on the FREE Gatlinburg Trolley. It was a wonderful trip!!!

Smoky mountain get away - It was a great tour. The driver was so knowledgeable and on time. The trip itself was great. My only complaint is that I was under the assumption we would be allowed to walk up to clingmans dome, but we were only allowed to be at the bottom not venture up. I get it with the time restraints but had planned for that. Otherwise it was great. Would definitely work with this company again!!!

Beyond GREAT! - What a wonderful experience. Wes-our driver gave us unbelievably great service. Knowledgeable, safe, kind and answered questions. He then went even more beyond what anyone else would, as my wife lost her wallet. He searched the van for us and also went into the visitors center for us the next day and called that they had it there. We were shocked and so beyond grateful at this extra effort. Wes, we will never forget this!

Must do - What an awesome experience. I am so glad I booked this. I was a little apprehensive when they changed our time from our 2 o’clock slot to the 9 AM slot. I was worried that there would be too much smoky in the mountains to be able to see anything, but let’s look would have it things turned out for the best and I’m really glad that we went on the earlier time. Wes was our guide and he was full of information extra tidbits and was a great driver. it really took the anxiety off of the drive and parking which I had tried before during Labor Day weekend and was unable to get any spots and ended up leaving the park. This time was much different. I’d highly recommend booking a tour.

Very nice trip, good guide and good bus. - Very nice trip, good guide and good bus. We were unlucky that the road to the climax was broken by a rockslide, but we saw other beautiful places that were a bit lower in the park.

Spruce, switchbacks and smiles. - The weather was against us which caused windows to be steamed up or rain splattered so different to get me I ving along pictures. The fog was hindering the views on the way up and on the way back sick down although clearer we were unable to stop for photographs. John was very knowledgeable about the trees and plants and we had a lovely little walk into Spruce Fir Nature Trail and John told us about the trees there. Kuwohi was shrouded in fog/ mist so unfortunately no views but great to have been there all the same. If people wanted water or snacks John regularly offered what was available and we all felt v safe v as he traversed the switch backs on the Newfound Gap Road.
