A brilliant experience - The driver was extremely helpful when he picked me up from Cape Town. As I was transferring hotels on the day of my dive, I was wondering if it was possible for him to take my luggage on the vehicle and drop me off at a different hotel. He said it was, and this saved me both time and money, so massive thanks for that. The diving with the sharks was incredible. Staring a 3 metre long shark in the eye from about 20cm away was extraordinary. Even though the sharks took a while to appear, the crew kept their chins up and found somewhere where there was lots of sharks, and the crew gave us plenty of time in the water. Thanks loads for a fantastic experience!

Lived a Childhood Dream with a Professional Team! - I’ve wanted to go shark diving in Shark Alley since I was 13 and saw it on a TV show, and it definitely lived up to my expectations. The team here are very professional and you can tell they know exactly what they’re doing. Before heading out, they explained everything thoroughly and went through all the rules, which put any nervous people at ease. Seeing the sharks up close was fascinating - it was nowhere near as scary as I’d imagined! Honestly, the cold water was the most terrifying part. Everyone got two turns in the cage and the amount of time felt just right.

The most organised company I've ever used for a boat trip 🙌 - A superb experience start to finish, this company has got it down to a T! When you arrive you help yourself to scrambled eggs, toast, any drink you like. Safety briefing is thorough from Keith and entertaining. Sign your waiver (very important incase you loose any fingers or toes 🤣) you also write your meal request on a sheet of paper....every type of dietary request is catered for) You are also shown how to get in and out the cage and breathing is explained. The wetsuits were great with a front zip and the booties were very comfortable. The water was pretty cold and 15 min dive was enough as your hands get cold. We saw around 15 bronze whaler sharks, 1 very big stingray and a seal. Visibility was good too. On the second dive of 10-15min we saw even more feeding action. Once your 2 dives were complete you can take off the wetsuit, towels are provided and water and chips are on board if you want them. I would say its far better being in the water than just watching but that's not an option for everyone i understand. Once back on shore you have any drink again and your chosen meal (usually lasagne unless you chose otherwise) As I'm vegan I had an amazing jacket potatoe with vegetables and a tomatoe based sauce- it was just what you needed after being in cold water! We watched our video footage of pur trip which is R350 for a link to download and then Keith the conservationist explained about different shark activity and why we don't see great whites often, he is very knowledgeable. Jeff was our skipper and our journey was great, especially coming back to shore- its not the first time he's mounted the boat onto the tractor! Seamless work. Fantastic crew- really sorry I didn't remember all your names! You were all really friendly, helpful and fun with safety a priority. My only comment would be- put a tip box visible or get a member of crew to help people off the boat (steps were provided so very easy) so they are more inclined to tip you! You deserve the tips! Yes the shark cage diving is more than other types of boat trips but it's the crew that make an OK trip turn into an amazing experience, once in a lifetime memory. Thank you again for all your effort and energy you put into the trip, you have nailed it!

Encounter with bronze sharks - Meeting sharks is a fascinating experience! We were conducted with very good guidance, safety and cordiality. We met with bronze sharks. Unfortunately, we did not see the white shark :( But, anyway, the cage downhill is very worth it (and I could go down twice!). I highly recommend!
