A scenic trip to the cliffs of Ireland. - This was a pretty wonderful tour for those looking for a crash course through Ireland. You'll get to travel through some of the idyllic countryside, see the epic cliffsides of the island and even experience some small town hospitality. Sunny weather can help, but is by no means necessary to enjoy the trip. Our guide Shane was friendly, personable and informative. For us, the cost was well worth it for the experience as a whole and would recommend any first time visitor looking to see much of what Ireland has to offer.

Cliffs and views - We took a tour with Lally’s and had John B as a driver. He offered plenty of local history information and pointed out lots of views along the trip. His driving was great and even this American wasn’t too freaked out with the tiny roads with him behind the wheel. Our group had a late start and made the stops feel a bit rushed, but I am already looking forward to my next tour with this company! The value for the day was very fair given all of the stops and knowledge shared.

Incredible Day Exploring the West of Ireland - We took the Galway to Cliffs of Moher, Aillwee Cave, and Dunguaire Castle tour yesterday, and it was easily one of the highlights of our trip. Everything about the day felt seamless. The itinerary is so well thought out, you get to experience a mix of iconic landmarks and unique stops without ever feeling rushed. From the stunning Cliffs of Moher to the beauty of the Burren and the charm of Dunguaire Castle, it was the perfect way to see so much of the west of Ireland in one day. What truly made the experience stand out was our driver and guide, John B. He was knowledgeable, engaging, and incredibly organized. He shared just the right amount of history and local insight, kept everything running smoothly, and created a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere the entire time. It felt more like traveling with someone who genuinely loves Ireland than being on a typical tour. Many reviews mention how informative and kind he is, and that was absolutely our experience too. The timing at each stop was perfect, especially at the Cliffs, where we had plenty of time to take it all in. The option to explore Aillwee Cave was a great added touch, and the entire day ran like a well-organized, stress-free experience. If you’re in Galway and want a comfortable, well-paced way to see some of Ireland’s most incredible scenery, I highly recommend this tour. And if you get John B as your guide, you’re in excellent hands.

Amazing Experience, Beautiful Sites - The cliffs of more with John B. was a wonderful experience. He was very kind and super informative and if he happens to not know an answer to a question, he makes it a point to find out. He made sure we knew exactly where to go and when to be back and kept us right on schedule. The sites themselves were, of course, beautiful and worth spending the day to see. I also appreciated the Irish music John B. played. Lastly, I have been on plenty of tours and usually the food stop is subpar at best but I will say that the restaurant we stopped at in Doolin was excellent!! And there were vegan options which I was thrilled about. And bonus, the bus was very clean and comfortable as well. Overall, an excellent experiences with an awesome tour guide and I love that Lally Tours is a small, family company! Highly recommend!!!

Shane was GREAT and full of wonderful history. - We rode along with Shane of Lally Tours. He was absolutely wonderful, with a wealth of Irish history. Very pleasant to listen to and drove the curvy and rough roads with care. The entire experience was really well arranged and he treated us to some local insights that others may not. The cave journey was great and only and additional (and optional) £12.00. Shane played a mix of music from Ireland and the US, even some Johnny Cash. The cliffs are a must see and the trip seemed much shorter than we thought it would be. The castle was definitely something to see along with the stop in Doolen. The vehicle was clean as a pin and pleasant. Our day started off rainy but Shane made it pleasant and upbeat. We really appreciated his discussions. Certainly a trip worth taking. Definitely worth the price.

Shane (our bus driver) is the MAN! - 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend!! Our bus driver/guide Shane was AMAZING: super knowledgeable about the geography and history, as well as entertaining. We left right on time at 9:15 and we're back before we'll before 5PM. The cliffs were breathtaking and we got ample time to enjoy them before heading to a wonderful restaurant on the way back where everything was sourced locally. Shane gave us multiple breaks to get out and take pictures. Great experience for a great price
