Knowledgeable Guide & Wonderful Experience - This wildlife tour was a fantastic experience and a highlight of my Yellowstone trip. My guide, Jackson, was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He reached out the day before the tour to set expectations and communicated clearly, which made everything feel well organized and easy. Jackson shared so much interesting information about the park, wildlife behavior, and the surrounding area, and it was clear he genuinely loves what he does. We saw amazing wildlife and I had a really great experience overall. As an added bonus, he took some great photos during the tour and sent them to me afterward, which was such a thoughtful touch. Hotel pickup and drop-off were very easy and stress-free. This was an excellent, well-run tour, and I would absolutely recommend it. I would gladly book with them again in the future.

A must do experience with Jackson - Fabulous opportunity to view wildlife with a friendly and knowledgeable guide.Jackson was one of the best tour guides we’ve ever had. We did a winter tour and saw wolves, moose, eagles, big horned sheep and so much more. Can’t wait to return.

Fun winter tour in Yellowstone - Very informative and fun tour. Our guide Jack gave us a lot of interesting information and helped us spot several types of animals. We each had a pair of binoculars to use and Jack used spotting scopes to help us see the animals close up. Some of the animals we saw were pronghorns, bison, deer, elk, big horn sheep, bald eagles, swans, and a “pine martin” (a small animal that looks somewhat like a weasel). Great trip.

Your own personal, custom Yellowstone tour awaits! - Wow! Talk about an incredible experience! This private tour is the best bang for your buck that any business in the Yellowstone area has to offer by a landslide. This company, and especially our guide, Jack, were so accommodating, personable, and knowledgeable during our tour. Jack was great about asking specifics to make sure that we were able to see and do everything that we personally wanted to which felt so intimate. I could tell that he knew his stuff, so we just decided to let him take the reins (which I highly suggest that you do too!) and show us his favorite spots and he did not disappoint. No matter what your needs and expectations are, Jack will go above and beyond to make sure that your experience is special and exciting. We saw deer, elk, pronghorn, bighorn sheep, mountain goats, foxes, coyotes, wolves, bison & more! Snacks, binoculars, and very good photos and videos of your sights were provided on the tour. I truly believe that anyone from anywhere can learn something cool and come home feeling educated, refreshed, and more interested about nature.

This was the best... - This was the best experience we could’ve asked for! It completely exceeded our expectations having Jack come pick us up and give us an extensive tour of Yellowstone. He was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and very passionate about Yellowstone and wildlife. He went above and beyond to make sure we saw as much as we could and get the kind of experience we were hoping for. He really caters to what your interests are and never made us feel rushed. He also did a great job showing us how to use scopes and get the fullest experience. He was also so kind and a pleasure to be around. Will definitely recommend him to family and friends and would book with him in the future!

5 stars for this tour & guide, Jackson!!! - If you’re looking for an unforgettable wildlife tour through Yellowstone National Park, look no further than Casanova Guided Tours! I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this company.
First of all, I was incredibly grateful to find a last-minute booking available on Thanksgiving Day—and at a very reasonable rate, all things considered. This was a private tour with just me and my guide, Jackson, who was nothing short of exceptional. He was deeply knowledgeable about the park’s history, ecology, and current events, and his skill in locating wildlife was truly impressive.
Jackson provided high-quality spotting scopes and binoculars, and he even captured fantastic photos and videos that I never could have taken with my phone. He was also friendly, adaptable, and clearly passionate about sharing Yellowstone’s wonders.
Thanks to his expertise, I was able to observe an incredible array of wildlife: a pack of wolves, a band of fluffy mountain goats, several herds of bison and pronghorn, many elk, and even a few bald eagles. Without his guidance, I would’ve missed most of these sightings, and my experience—and understanding of Yellowstone’s wildlife—would have been so much more limited.
Jackson also took me on an engaging tour of Mammoth Hot Springs, explaining the geology and science behind the brilliantly colored, cascading terraces.
I highly, highly recommend Casanova Guided Tours—and especially Jackson—as a truly outstanding guide. This experience was the absolute highlight of my trip to Montana!

Who dropped the ball? - The story I was given was Viator never passed my reservation over to the vendor. Therefore, even though I was receiving daily emails, my credit card was charged and my ticket issued, no one met me at 6:00am for the tour. You get one star for refunding immediately upon my request. Plus the pickup point was at a location which was closed for the season. I called once before 6am and again at 6:47am. The tour company replied at 7:32am.
