Serious company that complied with agreed transfer schedules - We made the shared transfer from Rio de Janeiro to Ilha Grande, then from Ilha Grande to Paraty and finally back from Paraty to Galeao Airport.
These transfers involved the use of cars, combis or vans and boats. All these means of transport were in perfect condition and left on schedule.
It was noted that there was responsibility and willingness for all passengers to arrive safely and in the agreed time to the chosen destinations.
As for driving, it was prudent. Both Jefferson and Alex were responsible and very much less so in the deal (in fact, with Alex we had a friendship for everything we talked about on the trip).
In short, a company highly recommended for traveling in the state of Carioca.

Indicate the Top Transfer of Closed Eyes - I want to leave my thanks to the team of Top Transfer, who once again served me with excellence!
Juliana was super courteous on boarding, understood my urgency and directed me to the van with the garage chief. Vicente, responsible for logistics, was extremely attentive and chose to relocate me to a car from his own fleet, which made the journey faster and ensured that I would arrive at the bus station with 10 minutes to pick up my bus.
I indicate a closed-eyed Top Transfer – for human care, agility in problem solving and the effectiveness of the service. A team that really cares about the passenger!

Excellent Service from Top Transfer! - Used Top Transfer to get from Rio x Ilha Grande x Paraty.
We realised when we got to Ilha Grande that we’d left one of the passports in the hotel back in Rio. Special shout out and thanks to Waleska who helped us to get it to the island the very next day - AMAZING SERVICE!
WhatsApp communication was very good too. I would recommend and use them again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Thank you Juliana - We missed our original ferry off the island and were stuck in the rain, thankfully, Juliana was able to help us and rebooked us the same day on a later ferry! Thank you Juliana we appreciate very much. Loved our time on Ilah Grande.

SCAMMERS/CHATS - SCAMMERS. If I'd read the comments before, I wouldn't have hired him, so I see it's not the first time they've given people a hard time hiring his services.
We were picked up by the hotel at noon, we were more than an hour around Copacabana and we were told that we could not go to the island because of bad weather and that the roads were blocked (this fact they already knew early). We were two days into the holidays and couldn’t reschedule for the next day, so we asked for a refund, as we were over an hour up from the transfer without going anywhere, just wasting time.
THEY TOLD US THAT THEY WOULD NOT REFUND THE MONEY, WE HAD TO GO MAKE THE POLICE REPORT, it is unfortunate that they put you through this situation. the only advice I give them is that there are many companies, hire others who work much better and if this happens to them make the police report, REPORT THESE CHANTAS.

DANGEROUS AND NEGLECTFUL - DELAY: We wanted to book a 4h trip for departure at 8:45 am and arrival at 12:45 pm to enjoy a semi-full day in Ilha Grande.
Finally, the van picked us up at 10:13 am or 1h30 late and we arrived on the island at 4pm or 3h15 late.
OVERLOAD: The journey took more than 5 hours and for good reason, the van was full to bursting! The engine did not keep pace and weight.
ASPHYXIATED: The driver was forced to push on the engine which gave off foul smells of exhaust smoke, gas, gasoline. We were, my 2 friends and I, placed at the back of the bus, without windows and we were all forced to breathe in our t-shirts (not enough obviously) and it lasted more than 40minutes. The driver, on the climbs, was traveling at less than 10km/h on a lane at least 50km/h. We all had nausea and still today we cough with a greasy cough.
An assisted death service.

Pesimo. CONTRACT NO - PESIMO. Our robaron dinero. Tuvimos problemas y nos dejaron de contestar. Transfer que tenía que durar 3 horas duro 7. Our arruinaron el último día de vacaciones. NO OUR CONTESTAN. NO NOS DEVUELVEN EL DINERO
