The tour was great. Guide was knowledgeable and tried to fit a appropriate jokes to make the info enjoyable. Once the tour was over, my husband and I wanted to enjoy a cocktail. I found a table and he went to the bar to order. He waitied over 5 minutes and was never acknowledged by the bartender. We understand being busy and not being able to get to someone right away but letting them know they are seen and will be helpled as soon as the person is able is customer service 101. It also left a bad taste in my husband's mouth that the owner, whom we saw tending bar when we came in, was standing there conversing with others rather than making sure his customers were taken care of. My husband was never acknowledged at the bar and we ended up leaving. We were planning on having a couple drinks and purchasing some items in the retail store but ended up leaving with nothing.
