We were hoping to see some of the manufacturing process actually taking place. The bartenders need to be more attentive to waiting customers. We stood at the bar for 10 minutes before any one even acknowledged us or asked us if we could be help etc. and they were not very busy at the time.
The staff and tour guide were friendly and answered all of our questions.
An awesome destination—would definitely recommend to anyone.
Great presentation of a fantastic product!
Great atmosphere, knowledgeable guide and employees.
We loved the tour - and unexpectedly found out my husband went to high school with matt. That made it extra special. Dennis our tour guide was excellent (buy him a drink!). We like your product so much we came back the next day and bought more!
Dennis did a great job with the tour and was very friendly! Enjoyed the experience!
Dennis was great and we learned so much from him. Your facility is beautiful.
Tour guide Kathy was just OK. Knowlegable, but was a bit awkward at times and would stop to scold the parents of two young kids... after they were told that the tour was perfectly fine for children.
Interesting and unique but not very organized.
Dennis was awesome. Learned a lot!
It was a fun time.
Tour and tasting lacked the charm of other small distillery tours I've attended in the past such as FEW and Koval. Guide kept referencing Jim Beam and other large distilleries which our group thought was strange. Really enjoyed the gin.
It was an interesting tour and the tastings were great. Could have been a bit more entertaining overall but it was a good time.
Our tour guide was Dennis who was very knowledgeable and informative about the distilling process. We both learned at lot and had a wonderful time. What an awesome place.
Great tour and even better whiskey
The staff was awesome. It was very informative and the whiskey was delicious. Probably going to make this an annual thing!
The tour was very informative and entertaining. Dennis had a great time to his voice and had good knowledge of the product.
It was great! Dennis was an excellent and knowledgeable tour guide.
Dennis was great.
Girls Weekend at my cabin from age 21 to 70 and we decided to throw in the 11:00 distillery tour before Our wine tasting tours... Jon was our tour guide and he was very knowledgeable and answered everyone's questions.. The girls said this was the favorite part of their weekend... I did book ahead of time so we were guaranteed a spot... We stayed after the tour and had some excellent drinks made with the spirits you make there . Very comfortable inviting atmosphere... Would highly recommend others as a must on their to do list when visiting Galena area....
It will be more interesting when Blaum Bros. is ready to deliver its own aged bourbon.
I would suggest slightly larger samples or additional flavor sampling. Enjoyed the tour overall and Dennis did a wonderful job sharing the process of making alcohol with us and explaining the machinery. Thanks
A little disappointed with the tasting. Hard to differentiate between tastes without a sip of water or anything between each drink.
Very very cool facility! Drinks were great. The tour guide seemed a little nervous but it was still an excellent expierence. Will be recommending to my friends!
Great time and tour. Learned a lot about the distilling process. Great tour host.
Not enough technical details during the tour. It was more of a quaint folksy tour rather than one that provided a good explanation of the techniques that are responsible for making your products special. The samples were so small, it was difficult to actually smell, taste, and get a good understanding of the products.
Dennis was great and explained things in a fun and easy way. The gimlet we had was great and I didn't even know I liked gin!! I'm more of a whiskey kind of gal. Anxious to see what rolls off their shelves next year!! Great time!
