Andy and Tucker were our guides, they were both incredibly knowledgeable and detailed - calling the day before our tour with details, location, what to bring etc. Our launch was very easy - no one got wet - and we had a lazy-paced-excursion with a lot of park facts, spotting native flora and fauna, reptiles, birds and other animal spotting and a bit of local lore. We highly recommend this tour - great for all skill levels and physical capabilities. These guys were just awesome.

Guides were very nice and attentive. Gave out interesting information about the forest. 🌳 We enjoyed our paddle although I do wish our group could have been smaller for the price we paid. Would have enjoyed a more relaxed paddle than trying to keep up.

Andy was a very safe and knowledgeable guide. He was very helpful getting in & out of the canoes. Most importantly, he had extensive knowledge of the park wildlife, horticulture and history. I highly recommend him and Palmetto Outdoors!

This has been on my bucket list for a long time and I’m glad we did it. It nearly exceeded our physical abilities but our guide , Andy , was the best. He more than accommodated our needs with kindness and competency. Had I known snakes were part of the tour I probably wouldn’t have signed up but the encounters were from a good distance and no incidents occurred. My only suggestion would be a little less talking to further enjoy the peaceful serene setting of the river. My favorite part! Thank you for this lifetime achievement
