Please be advised that starting January 1, 2025, the Forestry Institute of Madeira, in collaboration with government authorities, will introduce a 3€ tax per person for all official RP hiking activities. This fee is designated for waste collection and maintenance of the Classified Pedestrian Trails. This tax is NOT included in the tour price. Customers are required to pay this fee on the day of the hike, at the location of the walk.
