Additional Information

Experience the splendor of Madeira’s coastline from the comfort and stability of our sailing catamarans.

The opportunity to see Dolphins, Whales, and Turtles abounds, given the variety of cetacean species present in Madeira throughout the year. While some species are more frequently seen in the warm summer months, others are more prevalent in the cooler winter season, ensuring a potential wildlife encounter anytime you visit.

During the summer, we’ll pause for a swim and have snorkeling gear on hand, provided against a deposit. Onboard bar service is also at your disposal.

Spectacular views of Madeira from the sea - The whales shows only little of its back, but a group of them, but i see Madeira views in a different angle from the sea and it is breathtaking, i will do it again someday and better if warmer and can also swim.

Excellent - Fortunately saw whales and dolphins. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable crew. Also enjoyed the trip back in along the coast and stop at the plantation. Very good value.

Serenity on the Sea - Clean, friendly staff, bar and snacks available. It was pleasantly quiet and serene. The ocean here is beautiful, dolphins and pilot whales showed up. I was hoping we would stop for a swim along coast. Relaxing time.

Nice boatride (early March) - 3h ride on a nice, clean boat with friendly crew! Saw dolphins, unfortunately no whales. Not too crowded or cold when I went (low tourist season in beginning of March). Definitely something to try!

Anything but cetacean research. The whales don't even look for them - Fake excursion to look for cetaceans. The boats, all regardless of operator, all leave more or less together and take tourists to the same point where they are sure to find some dolphins. They stay in the area for a quarter of an hour and then sail a little inshore and then stop for a swim. More time bathing than anything else. Cetacean research does NOT exist. Go to a dolphinarium it's much better.

Mediocre - Crew made little effort to show us dolphins. We saw them and then sailed towards them, only to turn around and leave again after a few minutes. To then lie still for a long time so that they could swim (while it was cold and therefore this was not used)
