Famous for its distinctive thatched-roof houses, Santana offers a picturesque setting for a delightful lunch before continuing through more scenic locales. This tour is ideal for those who appreciate natural beauty and wish to explore less-traveled paths, along with some of the island’s most photographed spots. Additionally, there is an opportunity for a lovely 45-minute walk in the Native Forest, The Laurel Forest, a UNESCO World Heritage site. This optional walk must be booked in advance by clients on the Simplifica Madeira government website.
