Grand day out - Exceptional. Friendly, informative, relaxing and good value for money. I loved the way the schedule was modified according to interest, traffic and external factors. Guide had excellent sense of humour and knowledge. Linguistic skills remarkable. A super full day out. I would recommend to anyone.

Best way to see Madeira - This is the best way to see the island. We had the same guide for both the East and West tour of Madeira and he constantly provided us with information throughout the tour. The scenery was spectacular and the ease of not having to drive ourselves made for a fabulous day.

West trip - It qas a very nice trip. However, some stops were unnecessarily long. There was no stop to see the beautiful trees in the Fanal forest.

Nice trip, but few highlights and too much talk from the guide - This was a convenient way to get to the northwest of Madeira. Most interesting was Porto Moniz, where the stop could be half an hour longer, since a lot of time goes with lunch. A few other places, however, the stay could have been shortened or dropped completely. Especially on the mountain plateau Paul da Serra it was an unnecessarily long stop; the views and sights were not so unique, at least not for those who have experienced mountainous areas in other countries. It is primarily the coast, the lava formations, the botany, the levadas and some of the small villages that make Madeira stand out. At the first stop, Cabo Girão, entrance fees were required to get out on the plateau, which for many is perceived as quite strange to experience a natural phenomenon. At the same time, there were several of us who did not get bought a ticket because of miserable machines and too little information. If you went to the bathroom, it also required money. The toilet was hardly possible to use due to dirt and lack of seat on the garment set (similarly, several other places on Madeira). When the tour lasts an entire day, it becomes tiring when the guide talks 95 percent of the time. Much of what was said was unnecessarily detailed and banal. That it was experienced so thirteenth, is only partly due to the fact that everything had to be said both in English and Portuguese (the guide could advantageously check out if the Portuguese tourists would not have understood English).
