Very enjoyable trip - Did the 3 in 1 tour took out a 48 hr ticket enjoyed it so much took out another ticket after the first one, Only negative the ticket man did not mention that the bus ticket does not cover walking on the glass viewing platform you have to pay €5 to enter

Ok! - On the whole drivers ok but some we encountered were very rude and inpatient! It would be useful to have two routes round the towns rather than just one long route which takes hours if the cruise ships are in!

Great chance to see more... - Great chance to see more of Funchal. I didn’t get the shuttle to the viewpoint as I’d been before but we did stop at the lovely village of Lobos. The commentary was not brilliant but did point out some landmarks. Well worth the money for a two hour tour

Terrible service - I normally do the red bus hop on hop off but choose yellow due to price very disappointed the time table was completely wrong the buses were so irregular therefore you wouldn’t have time in the day to hop off in too many places .. I had the tickets for 5 days after 2 I gave up and got regular buses there was always 3 red buses too 1 yellow.. would not use again

Not worth the money - Could have skipped it even though I usually like the bus to be introduced to the city. But the route is not very convenient, if you want to go back, have to do the whole circle again, plus have to wait for a long time for the next one. Included are: another bus going to Cabo Girao (but can be seen on the West tour), and Blandy’s wine tasting (but it’s only one glass of wine of their choice).

Absolutely no customer service whatsoever! - I bought a 3 in 1 five day ticket. Unfortunately because of heavy rain on day five I was unable to use my ticket. I sent an email explaining that, because of arthritis I would not feel safe getting on and off the bus. Whilst, I appreciate the ticket is for consecutive days, I had hoped for some understanding and that they would allow me to use the ticket the following day. All I got was an email saying ' the relevant department will get back to you'. No- one did. I even emailed Carrisur, but no one bothered to reply. Terrible way to treat someone. Especially as I use the Yellow Buses every time I come to Madeira.
