If time allows, the journey will continue to Camara de Lobos, a charming fishing village.
- The 3 hour tour is very dependent on how long clients want to remain at each site, we flexible according to the clients needs on tour, each group of clients are different some like to stay at a view point have coffee and spend 45min. So it’s very flexible. We have a route that takes but the clients decides how long they want to spend at each stop. We have time within the 3 hour tour we stop at other view points.

Highly recommended - Fantastic 3 hours on trike. Would definitely take another tour. Highly recommend. Pick up & drop off from hotel too which was an unexpected bonus.

Fab introduction to Maderia - Very good contact from initial booking to day of trip. Started our tour right outside our ship which was great. We had an amazing 4 hours seeing a small part of Maderia in the limited time we had. A great introduction to this beautiful country. Sorry, I cannot remember our driver, but he was fantastic and very knowledgeable of the area. Would we go again....yes. Would we recommend this company....absolutely

A very special experience. - This is our 3rd time and each time it gets better, we did a 4hr excursion this time, John is a fantastic guide and very knowledgeable allowing us to get the best experience from the trip. Best way to see the sites & get to places that are out of the way and different. Can't wait for our next trip. Thanks again John.

The best tour ever! - This was the best tour ever. Garth collected us from our hotel. Immediately in rapport, he wanted to ensure he took us to places we hadn’t been to before. We were soon on our way to Nun’s Valley. The trike was much more comfortable than I expected even at high speed, and you feel the exhiliration of speed even at low kmph. Garth took us to some of the popular tourist spots and also to isolated places in the mountains where the only people to be seen were locals working on the terraces. For information about the island combined with the spirit of freedom, this was the most memorable holiday experience I’ve had for a long time. Thank you Garth!

First time Triker experiancr - Absolutely brillant experiance .Never having been on a bike before I was nervous. Garth our lovely driver soon put me at ease
He established were we had visted so far on our Maderian holiday and planned a route which enabled us to see even more of this beautiful country .
He gave us lots of info on trees plants and flowers .Talked to us about local foods & traditions
We even had time to stop for a welcome poncho & coffee

Simply the best way to experience Madeira - I think that this was our 5th Trike tour with Adventure Trikes and every tour has been fantastic and different. This time we simply asked to be taken to places we hadn't been to before and our guide Garth certainly achieved that. This is not just a ride around the island taking in the awsome scenery, both Garth and John (our previous guide) are extremely knowledgeable about the island's history, fauna and flaura and this is what makes their tours stand out.
Unlike the jeep tours that we have done, you feel part of the scenery on the trike and can appreciate the ladscape and the smells of the coasts and forests far better.
John and Garth are both great company in the saddle and when stopping for food and drinks.
I can't recommend these tours highly enough. We always opt for the 6 hour tours and the time simply flys by. We are already planning our next trip to Madeira and a trike tour will definitely be part of that.

Fun - This was tailored to our needs and unfortunately we had to use most of our 3 hours at the Toboggan ride. We only had this day to ride them due to the Toboggan being closed the day before. We didn’t expect to be so long. Otherwise, we got a short tour of Old Town. This was not the fault of the driver.

Unfortunately the tour was cancelled by the tour guide due to the adverse weather . I am still waiting for the refund . - I can can not rate it as it was cancelled
