If time allows, the journey will continue to Camara de Lobos, a charming fishing village.
- The 3 hour tour is very dependent on how long clients want to remain at each site, we flexible according to the clients needs on tour, each group of clients are different some like to stay at a view point have coffee and spend 45min. So it’s very flexible. We have a route that takes but the clients decides how long they want to spend at each stop. We have time within the 3 hour tour we stop at other view points.

Second trip with adventure trikes - This was our second trip with adventure trikes, and yet again they came up trumps, the places we wanted to visit were closed, however John came up with a great alternative 4 hour trip, giving us a great experience with some fast drives, beautiful scenery, and some memorable views, and a good old heart tester to the bottom of the christ the redeemer steps.
We would have no hesitation in booking with Adventure trikes and would recommend John and Garth as drivers. Thank you so much Graham and Mandy, 21st Jan 2026 10 am

Highlight of our holiday! - We were in Madeira for the day as part of a 14 day cruise. At each port we wanted something 'unusual' to do and Adventure Trikes certainly appealed to us.
We booked it in advance and John met us at the agreed time and meeting point.
The weather wasn't particularly great and the planned tour to Nunn's Valley had to be changed due to landslides blocking roads following recent rainfall. John quickly did a diversion, stopping for coffee and photo taking at view points.
The entire 3 hours was the highlight of our cruise, an amazing experience which we will never ever forget.
If in doubt, book it, you wont regret it!

Perfect, John could not do enough for us. Excellent confident driver with great knowledge of Madeira . Made us welcome - Perfect way to see Madeira, the feeling of freedom and the smells of the countryside with an excellent safe rider, John couldn’t do enough for us , really made our holiday perfect

Exceptional birthday trip - Another fabulous few hours with John for my husband’s birthday. Our second time with this company , they are professional , very helpful when booking and excellent with suggestions for your trip . Nuns valley was amazing , have been before on a bus trip but this was so much better , you really feel you are experiencing the wonderful scenery. A fabulous stop for coffee , cake and Poncha with views to die for , fantastic memories yet again . This company are fantastic , worth every penny and more and cannot recommend highly enough, it will make your trip to Madeira, just book it .

A Must Do Excursion - Thrilling And Gorgeous - Do not miss this experience. Thrilling, fun, gorgeous. You will experience Madeira in all its glory. Darth is the perfect driver and guide for this. We saw sights that made us say “wow”. We felt the wind on our helmeted faces and couldn’t stop smiling. Perfect way to spend 3 hours.

Family fun - John and Goth the two drivers were so pleasant and helpful, my father who is 87 enjoyed his trip enormously a special day out for all my family . It rained a little but couldn’t put a damper on what was a great trip.

Highlight of our holiday - Had a wonderful time on our 4 hour tour. Garth, our driver, is an excellent guide and very considerate making sure we were comfortable and taking lots of photos.
This is the second time we have used Adventure Trikes and will definitely be booking another tour when we return to Madeira next year.

A trip to remember - We had an amazing experience. John was very easy to get on with and a very good driver. The seats were comfortable and we were provided with helmets. We booked a 3 hour trip that was perfect.
When the trip was over he sent us the photos he'd taken.

Highly Recommended Motorcycle Trike Tour - Fantastic 3 hour ride with Garth. My wife's first time on any kind of motorcycle and we both felt completely safe with Garth's more than capable riding skills. He is a wonderful, knowledgeable and personable guide and we enjoyed our afternoon with him and seeing the real Maderia. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Madeira as a must do trip.

10/10 Experience - We had an excellent time riding with John! Relaxing, informative and fun… John gave us the option of what we’d like to see on the Island and was very knowledgeable of the places we visited. He even took us to a place where we could try authentic poncha. Would highly recommend this experience
