Guides were great! Timing was good.
Organized an guides were amazing!
Tell Chris not to stop telling stupid "dad jokes" Awesome guides, amazing experience. Thanks for having things for us to use, sun screen, ice pack, water bottles, ect. The guides even had sunscreen on their kayaks for the people who didn't at the beach.
Guide was great and everything seemed very well organized for the most part. Trip was beautiful. The only negative to me was meeting at the first location and then having to drive to the second location. It seemed a little confusing for someone not from the area to follow to an unknown location and trying to stay with the group. It would be nice to have everyone meet and park at the location where the bus picks you up from. Maybe fill up trailer with life jackets and everything needed from white/blue barn and meet clients at parking lot where their cars will remain. Will recommend your service to others though!
From start to finish, very professional! Great tour guides! The guides went above and beyond to make the trip fun and safe! Seeing Pictured Rocks from the water and up close was really amazing!
We had a wonderful time; the scenery was amazing!!! The guides know where to take you so that you can get up close to the rocks. This was well worth the money! We had such an amazing time!!! Thank You!
Our guides, Joe and Hayden, assured our group that the equipment provided was appropriate for the waters we would be paddling (sea kayaks, rain jackets, life vests, kayak skirts, dry bags). They reviewed technique and coached all of us as we got to experience Pictured Rocks intimately. I felt confident as we paddled through some waves in the morning. Lake Superior settled down after our picturesque lunch at Mosquito Beach and we were able to get much closer to the cliffs and take better photos on the way back in. Plus the sun gave the cliffs a whole different look in the afternoon. It was a memorable day and I'm glad I chose Northern Waters Adventures. Employee Paul was a good sport too - he got assigned to paddle with me (for me, according to my family...). He handled to kayak well and answered my numerous questions about Munising, Pictured Rocks, and Lake Superior. It might start the day off better if clients were aware that after meeting at the barn & getting equipment, they are to drive to a parking area to meet the shuttle bus. AND, have someone waving them down at the parking area - we almost missed it.
Excellent guides and a very nice kayakingtour!
