• Booking Confirmation
  After making a booking, a reminder email will be sent 3 days prior to your transfer to confirm the details.
  Please note: bookings cannot be modified within 24 hours of the service.

• Driver Contact
  The driver will reach out via WhatsApp within 24 hours before your pickup. Please respond to ensure smooth communication.

• Pickup Process
  Two pick-up time options are available for airport transfers:

1. Flight Tracking (Recommended)

• Choose a pick-up time close to your flight’s scheduled arrival.
• The driver will monitor your flight and offer 90 minutes of complimentary waiting after landing.

2. Selected Pick-up Time

• Select your preferred pick-up time.
• The driver will arrive around that time and provide 30 minutes of complimentary waiting.
• Flight tracking is not included with this option.

If your chosen pick-up time is more than 1 hour after your flight’s arrival, it will be considered a “Selected Pick-up Time” option.

Hotel or Other Locations:
The driver will wait up to 20 minutes in the car. Please confirm the vehicle by matching the license plate number provided by the driver.

⏱ Overtime Charge:
If the waiting time exceeds the complimentary period, an additional fee of ¥2,000 per 30 minutes will be charged.

• Flight Delays or Cancellations
  If your flight is delayed or cancelled, please inform customer support or your driver at least 4 hours in advance.
  If no notice is given, the service will adhere to the original flight schedule.
  Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

• Luggage Handling
  The driver will assist with loading and unloading luggage.
  Please note: guests are responsible for their own belongings, especially valuables.

• Private Transfer
  Enjoy a relaxing ride in your private, air-conditioned vehicle to your destination.

• Drop-Off
  You will be dropped off directly at your hotel, residence, or Fukuoka Airport departure terminal.
