• Basilica of the Holy Trinity - A modern basilica constructed in 2007, accommodating over 8,000 worshipers, featuring various monuments and small chapels.
• Capela Das Aparicoes - Known as the “heart” of the Sanctuary of Fátima, this Chapel of Apparitions marks the site where Our Lady communicated with the little shepherds. Of the six apparitions of the Virgin Mary, five occurred here—in May, June, July, September, and October—where, as per the Lady’s request, a chapel was erected in her honor.
• Basilica de Nossa Senhora do Rosario de Fatima - The Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary of Fátima is situated where the three shepherd children were playing on May 13, 1917, when they witnessed a flash of lightning just before the apparition. Inside, the tombs of the three little shepherds can be found.
• Monumento Ao Sagrado Coracao de Jesus - This architectural complex, supporting the image of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, is built on the original fountain structure, established after drilling in Cova da Iria to provide water for pilgrims. It was donated to the Sanctuary by a pilgrim.
• Casa De Lucia - Located in Aljustrel, about 2 kilometers from the Sanctuary of Fátima, this is the birthplace and home of Lúcia de Jesus, the youngest of six siblings.
• Casa De Francisco & Jacinta Marto - The birthplace of Blessed Francisco and Jacinta Marto, the youngest children of the Marto family.
