We were already excited about the pasta making class but our teacher, Manuel, completely surpassed our expectations. He was knowledgeable about the dishes we were preparing and their history. Throughout the class, he was really attentive to how we performed, but also refreshingly friendly and funny. We were completely new to the process and slow so he stayed far beyond the time necessary for us to learn and complete the dishes. The results were amazing, too! The dishes were delicious. This will be an experience we'll always remember and an impressive skill to share for as long as our hands and brains are able to recall. Thanks Manuel and Taste Bologna
Really nice, small group of people. Excellent chef to instruct us. Opportunity to both learn how to make pasta but also we made all the sauces to accompany them. We weren't rushed even though we ran quite a lot over. Then enjoyed our food with wine and it tasted delicious
Manuel was very knowledgeable and creates a great atmosphere. We learned a lot and really enjoyed the experience.
Really interesting experience, we're so happy to have learned how to make tagliatelle, tortellini and tortelloni and now we're trying it out at home! Daniel was a great teacher, and also made it an enjoyable experience for all of us, including the kids! Would definitely recommend.
My husband and I very much enjoyed our cooking class. We loved learning about the different types of pasta and felt that we were able to make them with ease. I think we will be able to use our new skills at home.
Manuel was an excellent teacher and chef! He made a wonderful impression of true Italian cooking. He was also very patient in explaining the methods of cooking. Definitely a highlight of my stay in La Grassa!
The room is great to cook ad chat with the other students. We followed steps by steps the recipes and we could do some parts of the recipes who where delicious.

This class allowed you to make fresh egg pasta and shape into tortellini/tortelloni and bolognaise "ragu" sauce - all fantastic and very worthwhile experience
Really enjoyed it and Martina was a brilliant personality but would have been good to be able to do more of the actual making of pasta, although understand limitation of space.
