Loved this tour with Gerard (JJ) - Moorea was our last port before our return to Los Angeles on Sapphire Princess. Our guide JJ was waiting for us at the cruise terminal. He helped us into the back of a newer F150 Ford truck that had cushoined seats and seat belts. We had 7 passengers in our group, so we were not crowded. JJ let us know the itinerary and then we're on our way... We first drove to a river where JJ "called" an eel to feed and to give us a look at this big long black creature. After we all climbed back into the truck we stop to see a pineapple farm. The local farmer came by and gave JJ a pineapple for our group to try a sample. It was the sweetest and juiciest pineapple I had ever tasted. We then drove up to Belvedere for a gorgeous views and had samples of local fruit breads. Next stop was a 300 yr old open air temple with lots chicken hanging out there. Our last site was a view point with a cool rope swing being used as a seat to get your picture taken with a breathtaking view of the ocean. At the end of the tour we were taken to a black pearl shop were were told how the black pearls are harvested from oysters. It is an interesting process. JJ was an excellent tour guide and driver at each stop he told us of the history and culture. He was very courteous and kind. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this excursion!!!!

Great time with JayJay in Moorea - We travelled with another couple. Tender boats were slow from the cruise ship but Jay Jay was there waiting for us to arrive. The tour was very well organized and informative. We saw beautiful sites that we never could have on our own. Highly recommend this company for your Island adventure.

Great visit to real Moorea life. - Excellent tour cover everything he detailed and more,great and spectacular views fun trip and Excellent smiling tour guide.

Stunning scenery - The best part of this tour wasn’t the individual stops, but getting an overview of the stunning scenery - the mountains and bays of northern and central Moorea. I have a sensitive back, but I wasn’t bothered at all by the roads. The seats are soft and comfortable, which really helps. It was a nice touch that some of the sites were owned by the family company hosting the tour - it made the experience feel more personal and genuine. There were four of us tourists in total, and we shared a pleasant time together. Tips: Double-check your pick-up time and bring water.

Good but without the little extra - Last minute resa. Pick up at 8am and we started the whole thing at 9.30am as the driver was waiting for customers at the port. So we went solo. The guide gave us the explanations but nothing extra even everything went very well.

Trip yes, drive no - Excursion in 4x4 around and inside the island of Moorea. Rich nature and several beautiful viewpoints. Our guide, who I thought was called Karol, didn't exactly excite me. Compared to the other 4 excursions made in these 8 days, she seemed uninvolving, uninvited and often preferred to speak only with French guests in the language rather than with us in English. So cute experience at a cost of 120 €, but failed guide..

Excursion à Moorea. - Excursion cancelled 15 minutes before departure, no refund issued to date despite several follow-ups, no response to my emails. The worst service ever.

Ooooops! - We had no experience. There were 4000 people getting tendered off of our ship and it was very disorganized. Many people were able to get off before us, but it took us longer and the tour left without us. We appreciate the fact that they waited as long as they did for us. I’m sure it was a very good tour, but we didn’t get it.

Punctual, but absent minded. - We booked and paid online, and arrived at the meeting point on time, saw 2 people in the truck, and while our group of 5 walked around the carpark looking for the driver, he drove away with the vacant seats and didn't respond to our waving. The phone was answered by someone from a different company, but we did receive a refund after emailing our complaint.

No customer sense - I asked for the cancellation while they were on another Island and I on Papeete on the phone they had to confirm the cancellation but nothing at all, I raised again and no return
